Rep. Ed Orcutt supports bill to provide tax exemptions for the assistance of disabled veterans

The measure would provide a B&O tax exemption for amounts received from sales on a military reservation by a nonprofit that operates an adaptive recreational facility that serves disabled veterans and members of the Armed Forces. It would also provide a retail sales and use tax exemption for sales on a military reservation by a nonprofit that operates an adaptive recreational facility that serves disabled veterans and members of the Armed Forces.

House Bill 1862 passed on a 90-0 vote on February 15.
