Rep. Leonard Christian opposes state mandate to move local elections to even-numbered years

Rep. Leonard Christian, R-Spokane Valley, opposed House Bill 1932, which would mandate that local governments hold elections in even-numbered years.

House Bill 1932 passed the House by a vote of 52-45.
