▌材料 Ingredients

奶香芋泥 Taro Paste Filling:

750g 去皮芋头 Peeled taro
250g 去皮紫薯 Peeled purple potatoes
90g 植物油 Vegetable oil
300g 炼乳 Condense milk
300g 植物性奶油 Topping cream


▌步骤 Instructions

1. 芋头和紫薯去皮切成小块,大火蒸至软烂,大约10分钟
2. 加入炼乳和奶油,把芋头和紫薯打成泥
3. 转移至锅中,加入植物油或黄油,用小火炒至馅料离锅不粘锅具,软硬程度视你要做什么用决定,月饼馅料适合炒干一些
4. 放凉后就可以做月饼了,如果没有马上用到,一定要冷冻保存,自制馅料没有添加防腐剂,而且少糖,所以很容易变质坏掉

1Tsp 茶匙 = 5g
1/2Tsp 茶匙 = 2.5g
1/4Tsp 茶匙 = 1.25g


▌Egg size to Gram

AA = 70g and above
A = 65-70g
B = 60-65g
C = 55-60g
D = 55g and below
