A few days ago I met this nice old man who carves fir and edelweiss and gives them away for free. (see here: https://www.ganjingworld.com/post/1gh1kv1ggfk7sfbnJY0wT6ebc1pu1c) I explained to him how much I liked the moving shadows in our videos, and that I appreciated shadows much more than I did before we had this channel. He added to our discussion: "When I use pine from my land, it is difficult to carve, but when I use pine from the shadow side of the valley, it is much easier".

I understood that in a difficult environment wood suitable for art and beauty grows. I thought about life and that if we go through difficulties and sufferings, if we use them to grow, they will shape our soul beautifully: we will learn to be humble, truthful, loyal, pure and selfless.
