I Bought A Massive Mystery 70's Vintage Clothing Box | Let's Unpack, Try On & Rate

In my life it's not just Christmas once a year, it's Christmas as often as my wallet will allow it. Because, yeah, I've done it again. I've bought a box of vintage without seeing it first and in this box there should be some really amazing 70s dresses and I'm so excited to open it. Is it possible to open a box of vintage clothing without a glass of ice coffee? I don't know, I haven't tried it yet. Oh, I forgot to put in my earrings after we shot vintage. We've been shooting vintage today, Sophie and I. It's all gonna drop Friday. We have some really pretty patterns here. Oh, the first thing in here is green and now we're ready. Okay, green first. This is so thick, like such nice quality. It has some buttons, a pocket thing here on the front that I can't quite figure out but this one we're definitely gonna try on. So just in case you didn't watch the previous unpacking, trying on vintage video, I'm going to look through this box, find some pieces that I in particular really want to try on, then we're going to jump to the fitting room, I'm going to try on the pieces and we're going to rate them from 1 to 10 and you are always more than welcome to play along in the comments down below. So the green one we're gonna try. We have a thick pink and grey dress. Take off this one. Wow, I love the colour scheme of this floral dress. I have a feeling that this is going to look so cute. Just going to close some of the buttons. It looks like this, it has like crossover. Beautiful dress and I want to try this on. Just going to think about it. We have a black dress here, also very 70s with some green details. That's also super cool. Okay, I'm just gonna cheat, I'm such a cheater. That's cool, very pyjamas, it's kind of thick. This is also a great print, very simple beige. Here's a completely dark one, dark green one. Oh, the front is pretty. This is gorgeous and it's so thick and it's such like great quality. I wonder if we should try this on. I think both you and I are really gonna like it but I already have one green item. I think we're gonna do that and then we're gonna not try this one on in this video. Two green dresses is more than enough. So here's something orange. Oh, that is cool. Look at this orange dress with stripes. It kind of looks like a pinafore dress and then with a blouse underneath but it's all just one piece. This is so cool. Okay, try on. Oh, something bright here. Wow, that's so colorful and it's super duper long. I love dresses like that. Very autumn but very pretty. I don't know if you can see the pattern here. Also a black dress with flowers and very long. Oh, I think this is a set. There is a vest top and a skirt. It's not my size, I can say that already, so I'm not going to try it on. It would be too big but it's a really cool, groovy set. This looks exciting. Wow, that is very different from anything else I see in this box. Stripey pattern with some shiny glittery details. Once again, it's super long. That's so pretty. I don't know if I can fit into this. Maybe we're going to try that on. Oh, whoa, these details. Whoa, what is this? Oh, whoa, this is pretty. I'm not even into brown things but this dress. Oh my god, the sleeves. Can you see that? With flowers. The top looks like this. That is just the prettiest thing I've seen in this box so far. Like, look at that. We definitely, no doubt about it, have to try this on. What a treasure. With the pearl details on the top. That is so fun too. I mean, if I needed a red dress for the football game tonight, Denmark against England, this would definitely be a contestant. Stunning. Okay, I'm just going to take up the rest of the things. Just have a quick look at them and you can listen to some music while I do that. Let's just see if there are more hidden gems in here or if we've already found them. This is what we have to play with today. That's quite a lot. We have a little bit of everything here. We have a red dress, a dark dress, an orange dress, blue, the amazing dress that I can't wait to try on. It's probably going to be the last one because that is quite amazing. And then a bright floral 70s maxi. So we have a little bit of everything. Let's jump to the fitting room and try on some 70s magic. Oh, let's go, babes. I have hung up everything here, but my wide-angle lens unfortunately is still in the garden. So I'm going to try my best to film these pieces, but I can't do a wide-angle shot where you can see all of me. But we're going to get started. I'm going to start out by trying on this red beauty. Oh, I like this. That is so glamorous. I like the shape. I love the sleeves. Like, look at this, guys. It looks like the Danish flag here. Look at the dead arm. I mean, look at the details. I love it every time I move my arms. It might be a little bit big on me. I'd say this is size medium, but it's just so beautiful. It has shoulder pads. I know that's something you either hate or you really like it. I really like shoulder pads. But overall, I think this is so cool, and it's so, I don't know, elegant and beautiful. It's long. Like, it goes all the way down to my feet. Hmm. I actually quite like this. So I'm going to rate this dress a 8 out of 10. I think it's super fun, super beautiful. So it's an 8 out of 10. Let's now go very bright and colourful. Dress number two. So this is dress number two, and it's not completely my size. So therefore, I thought I would put on a belt. There we go. I love this floral print, like, so much. I think this is so vintage-y. It's very delicate. It has some warm golden tones. So I'm personally definitely a massive fan of this print. It stops under my knees, so it has a really nice length, and it's nice for moving around. I decided to wear it with a yellow beret. I love my berets. If I can find any excuse to wear one, I probably will. So I'm wearing the yellow one. Since this is too big for me, it wouldn't be a dress for me. But if we look away from that, I still think this is an 8 out of 10. 8 out of 10 from me to this dress. And now I'm so excited about trying this one on. I think this might be the biggest surprise of this video. It could potentially look just amazing, but it could also be quite horrible. We'll see. This is the weirdest and thickest dress I've ever put on. I tried to put on a playsuit, I think. I think this is worse. Okay. So I'm gonna redo that. This is the reason why it was so hard. I'm wearing, like, one leg on all of me. Wow. I can get all of me into one of these legs, but I can't get my hips down into it. Like, what? That's no good. What a shame. Yes. I'm wearing something. I could get my big bum into this dress, and it is so cool. I think it's so like, just cool. I love the checkered top. I love that it's so close fitted. It has a belt here to just, like, tie it completely. The skirt is a little bit school girly. Look at that. It's just gorgeous. So this was definitely a whole lot better, and I do really like this dress. So I'm gonna rate it an 8 out of 10. It's an 8 out of 10 kind of day, so I think this is also an 8 out of 10. It's quite cool, but also pretty simple. And now let's try on something super bright and what I think is super groovy. I can't wait, and I should be able to fit into this. I mean, I mean, hopefully. It is super cool. It's brilliant. I love the idea. It's really nice material. It's really good, like, quality. I love that it's orange, but to me this is super cool. I have a massive appreciation for the idea. So even though it's not my size and it's not really my shape, I think I want to give this... oh, it's also an 8 out of 10. And it's really warm, so I need to get changed, otherwise I'm gonna... I have some explaining to do. This is the weirdest dress. Like, it's such a stiff material. There's no zipper anywhere, so basically you... I can't put it on. I don't know if this is going to be possible for Sophie either. I mean, we're pretty much the same size on top, so maybe if one of us can, like, pull it down over the other person. But that is so strange. There is no zipper. It's so hard to get on. There is no spare space. So if anyone should be able to put this on, they would have to be a size extra extra small. Such a weird dress. So instead, I thought I would put on something else. So I'm wearing a beautiful maxi dress in floral. It has a super fun summery print, and then it's just a lovely flowy maxi dress. It has, like, this layer and then pink underneath. I actually also think this dress is an 8 out of 10. I think it's cool. It's fun. But you have to be something really spectacular to get a 9 or a 10. So let's try on something that I have a feeling is going to be a 10, and I have a feeling that it's going to be extremely extremely hard to not just keep it. We'll see. Maybe I'll get disappointed. I hope not. It's time for you and I to fall in love I am never going to take this off again. Oh my god, I can't believe this was in the box. Okay, how am I going to be able to sell this one? I mean, this definitely deserves an outdoor clip. This is not good enough. Let's bring her outside. I wonder what you are doing in a city park riding or better yet, you know I bet you're at home cooking. I wonder what you are wearing a cable knit sweater you pair it with. I just can't believe that this was in my package. Like, even if I'd hated everything else, this just feels like it makes it worth it. And I don't. I like many of these pieces. But this one is something very special and something that you will rarely find. And because of that, it's definitely a 10 out of 10. If I could jump the scale, I would say that it's just one of the prettiest dresses I've seen and had. It's such great quality. It's so beautiful. All the details are amazing, like the big sleeves and everything. I feel like a princess. So sorry I'm so sweaty.
