今天跟大家分享一款我们在季节转换时期喉咙干燥、疼痛或咳嗽会煲来喝的糖水。虽然说是糖水,但是有些材料含有天然糖分。所以,就没有再额外添加任何糖。还有一点要注意的是,若咳嗽有痰的必须暂时尽量忌口别吃任何含糖食物和饮料。

这款糖水会比较适合热咳嗽的人喝,因为有寒性的雪梨,雪莲子和川贝清热润肺,而橘饼是温性的起到平衡作用。至于桂圆和红枣的作用呢是补气血适用于久咳到气短的人。而寒咳嗽的则要喝热姜茶调养。

食疗是一种比较自然的治愈方式。少不了的是自己也要多注意病情的变化,生活里的习惯还是要多注意,互相配合才能双管齐下尽早让病情好转。若恶化请立刻暂停或者尽快咨询医生哦。饮食方面暂时不要吃辛辣刺激性和寒冷食物,多吃水果蔬菜和喝温水。保持心情舒畅,遇事不要着急。视身体情况增加运动量,排汗之余还能帮助血液循环促进新陈代谢。

2. 如果不喜欢吃雪莲子可以在一开始跟其他材料一起加入锅中煮,雪莲子就会融化而糖水会变得比较黏稠口感滑润。
3. 若买到的是川贝颗粒就一开始跟其他材料一起放入锅中煮比较能释放哦。
4. 如果这糖水有起到作用建议别每天饮用哦,避免物极必反。建议隔几天看情况再饮用,期间可以多喝温水和适量运动促进血液循环也要忌口哦!
