FORD F150 driver makes it easy on Arkansas State Police - PIT Maneuvers himself #pursuit #chase #pit

Trooper's Narrative:
On 12/22/2023 at approximately 01:50 hours, the Little Rock Police Department asked for assistance with a vehicle pursuit on I-30 Westbound.
While I was responding to the area, dispatch advised that the pursuit had merged off of I-30 Westbound onto I-530 Southbound, and eventually exited onto Pratt Road. I was able to intercept the pursuit at the intersection of Pratt Road and Ironton Road, and became the primary unit. I advised dispatch that I was the primary unit and that we were traveling Northbound on Ironton Road. I then immediately positioned my patrol unit beside the suspect vehicle to attempt to conduct a Tactical Vehicle Intervention. As soon as my patrol unit was in position to conduct the T.V.I. the suspect vehicle abruptly applied its brakes, causing me to pass the suspect vehicle.
As soon as the suspect vehicle sped back up, I immediately positioned my patrol unit for another T.V.I., and again the suspect vehicle applied its brakes. When the suspect vehicle applied its brakes the second time, it caused the vehicle skid off of the roadway onto the East roadside, and stop in the ditch. After the suspect vehicle stopped, the driver (later identified as Patrick Bradley) was taken into custody without further incident. After being taken into custody, Bradley was turned over to the Little Rock Police Department.
