MSC Cruise Line Review - WHAT WENT WRONG? - What we love and hate about MSC Cruises

It is so true and now I know. You either love MSC or you absolutely Hate MSC. What is going on with MSC cruise lines and the management of MSC onboard. Our recent experience on the MSC Meraviglia and how MSC handled multiple situations.
I was just on this MSC Meraviglia 3 months ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best cruises we ever took. Now 3 months later it is one of the worse cruises I ever had. I hope the Chiefs of the MSC Cruise line listen up and take some of my advice and learn from my bad experiences. If they Don't MSC will not be welcome in the US market.
