two long years of searching the market, and this home, it was well worth the wait.
The couple paid over $60 million in cash, no less.
The whole deal took one week, start to finish.
It sounds like a lot of money, but it turns out they got a deal.
Property was listed in 2018 for $135 million, and relisted earlier this year for $75 million.
Located in Wallingford Estates, a private and gated community in the exclusive Beverly
Hills Post Office area of LA, Benifer's mansion sits on a 5-acre lot with double gates for
security and overlooks amazing mountain views.
Not to mention the newly rebuilt estate is considered the crown jewel of Wallingford,
which says a lot.
Ben and J-Lo's mansion spans 38,000 square feet of space, with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms,
leaving plenty of space for their blended family.

Both entrances can only be accessed through private gates and streets, but once inside
and through the front door, walking in, there's a grand entryway with soaring ceilings, large
skylights and a winding staircase, giving the home a gallery feel.
In the grand formal living room, you'll find the white walls, which contrast with the darker
chevron floors, as well as long, sleek white couches spinning nearly the length of the
room.
At the end, there's a cozy fireplace on one wall – one of 15 in the mansion.

are also four tall doorways that lead to the outside.
