Food and Beverage Pairing Scoring System® The Pairing Method® is created by Hsin-Wei (Thomas), Ho (Nationality-TAIWAN).
User can using eight self-scoring numbers of foods and beverages, through the patented scoring system, guide and predict the performance of foods and beverages, thereby eliminating dangerous and unbalanced catering combinations and helping to escape artificial predictions fuzzy assumptions.
The system will also automatically recommend beverages and wines, and the flavor chart exported by the program can also help the chefs to adjust the flavor of the foods logically.
