what's up and welcome my name is webs
and I've been skating for nearly 17
years and this is five more illegal
tricks that always get hated on let's
get straight into it so in this list I'm
going to give you the five tricks one by
one and I'm going to give you a little
rundown of maybe a few tips here and
there to help you land them yourself
starting off with one of my personal
favorites of all time the nightmare flip
so for anyone that doesn't know what a
nightmare flip is first things first
it's basically a variable kick flip
which if you didn't know what that is
there's a pop shove it and a kick flip a
nightmare flip is a variation of that so
instead of just doing a pop shove it and
a single kick flip we're now doing a pop
shove it and a double kick flip that is
your nightmare flip so for this one
you're going to want to have a nice kick
flip you're of course going to want a
nice varial
flip and you're also going to want to
have a double flip in the chamber as
well okay now my tip for this one is
basically you're going to want to have
your feet quite close together before
you pop this is what's going to give you
the best pop flick combination formula
and I'll tell you why so as of a double
flip compared to a kick flip you're
going to have your front foot a little
bit further down so less than halfway up
the board and with the back foot you're
going to have it almost dead center on
the tail but you're going to have it
slightly closer towards the outward
facing side then the middle so you're
going to want to have your foot in this
little section right here and then it's
just about popping hard and yes you do
need to pop hard to make sure you can
get the double flip and then just flick
this a real
powerful you're going to want to make
sure you can do the double flip quite
nicely because you need to be able to
get the double flip whilst also doing
the shove it motion as well harder than
it looks but easier than you think try
and figure that one out so for this one
in my personal opinion it's actually
harder to land it while Stood Still just
cuz you don't get as good of a momentum
with the flick so start off by riding
super slow and after a little while you
shouldn't end up one of
these a bit sketchy but you get the pick
shot onto number two now number two is
the bubble flip and this is not to be
confused with the bubble shove and let
me tell you the difference and exactly
why right so I'm going to show show you
a bubble shove at first basically this
is what most people think is the bubble
flip so as you can see with this
variation the board does not actually
flip at
all hence the name bubble shove it now
we're going to cover the proper version
the bubble flip so the bubble flip is
very similar so instead of just pulling
the board over and doing it like that
the board like I said before actually
flips so it flips like this where you
kind of have to pull back and as you
pull back you flip it over I can't do it
in slow motion with the actual flip yes
I can there it is that's the bubble flip
right there so you pull back flip over
and this foot comes backwards and then
goes over and that way like just like
that now on the actual board this is
actually a pretty difficult trick to
learn but you start off with just doing
the chovet version and then after a
while you pull it back just a little bit
further each time so you start doing it
like
this get a little half flip out of it
and then after a
while I'll do it better than that so
after a while take number
two terrible still and after after a
while take number
three it should look a little something
like that on to number three all right
the next one is a real simple one and
that's the no compli reever this one is
more illegal in a traditional sense in a
standard rule set game of skates you
can't take your foot off the ground but
for this one we're going to break those
rules because guess what we're doing
illegal tricks and the police so
we're going to take that front foot off
we're going to pop the ball around like
that and before we jump back on it we're
going to land back on the tail right
here and bring it back the way we came
so it goes like
this so you front foot off around like
that so take the front foot off pop the
board around and then jump back on and
finish the turn backwards so when it's
full its form it should look at or
something like this basically a good way
to practice it is just stand still pop
it with the back foot kick it that way
so the board spins that way and then
once you're here you just jump back on
aiming for the tail and turn back the
way you
came just like that all right now we're
going over a trick that I don't actually
like that much but again it's one of
them really illegal ones that people
always always mess up and get the name
wrong of so we're going over it today
and it's called the hospital flip and
this right here is the hospital
flip little bit of tow dabs I'm going to
clean it up so basically what you do for
this trick is you do a half kick flip
and as you get to the point where the
board is like this over your foot in the
air you then bring that front foot back
this way to create sort of a half flip
shove it motions so then goes like like
this so half flip and then over we just
do that in the air and for those
wondering the difference between that
and a Casper flip quick lesson for you I
Casper you're like this so think of it
like this right Casper your back foot is
over the other end of the tail when you
do a Casper flip you basically like this
in the air so a Casper flip looks like
this and a hospital flip looks like this
on to number five so this one is the
gazelle spin now a quick lesson for the
gazelle if you didn't know it's
basically a big Spin and then an extra
180 on top of that that was a fakey
variation I'm going to do it in Nolly
right now and show you the whole trick
in one go and this one is actually a
pretty difficult trick so I'm going to
put my microphone down as well this one
requires a lot of spinning so don't want
to throw the
microphone so that rightow there was the
gazelle spin one of my personal
favorites now the best way to learn this
one is to figure out which way you want
to do it regular fakey or Nolly
personally I think Nolly is the easiest
and then you just want to train the
Nolly big spin which is a Nolly 180
shove just like that and once you get
this bit you just practice by adding
that extra tur in at the end and then
you just got to add them together a
little bit closer every time starting
like this then do the extra 180 and the
more and more you practice it the closer
you can get those two pieces together
until you end up with something like
this I'll see you guys in the next one
