Mysterious stories from within the Chinese entertainment industry always attract public attention.
Recently, actress Sun Feifei publicly disclosed the latest developments in the incident
where she was assaulted by the film crew of Blood Love in 2010.
She also exposed the indifference of the Liaoning police
and many internal stories within the Chinese film and television industry.
On November 14th, Chinese actress Sun Feifei posted on the social media platform Weibo
a decision on administrative penalties issued by the Fengchang City Police Department
in Liaoning province. The decision stated that Yao Yuan,
one of the perpetrators of violence in the Blood Love film crew,
was detained, given a 10-day administrative penalty, and fined $70 or 500 RMB.
Sun Feifei revealed on Weibo,
I was surprised to receive a call from the Fengchang police on November 6th
saying that another criminal in this case, Yao Yuan, had been arrested in Beijing
and requested that I sign the delivery receipt.
Over the past 13 years, the case has been stalled,
and suddenly when I received news that Yao Yuan had been arrested,
I couldn't confirm the call's authenticity.
So that day, I did not go and had a lawyer go on my behalf.
Sun Feifei previously disclosed that she was brutally beaten while filming Blood Love,
and the film's director planned the incident.
On August 29th, 2023, she posted on Weibo,
I have personally been bullied in the entertainment industry.
Later, she revealed in a lengthy post that she had participated in the television series Blood Love
in 2010 and suspected that director Zhang Hanjie staged the entire violent incident.
The lengthy post argued that the director was the mastermind,
and Yao Yuan and Yang Jiahua were the attackers.
Regarding police inaction at that time,
Sun Feifei questioned the Fengchang City Police Department on September 8th on Weibo.
When the police arrested Yang Jiahua in April 2011,
I asked why the police did not arrest another attacker named Yao Yuan.
They said, couldn't find him, and then let it go.
In fact, after Blood Love, Yao Yuan acted in a TV series called Pomegranate is Red,
also known as Red Days in Taoyuan, Shandong.
The producer of this film is Jiao Weidong, the planner of Blood Love,
who originally planned for me to run away and cancel the filming contract with me.
At the same time, the one who couldn't balance the actor's salary was Xiao Weidong.
Sun Feifei asked the police department,
Those you couldn't find are all working in the group, planning violent incidents.
Can't find criminals, or do you just not want to find them?
Perhaps from the beginning you decided whether the police should go out and arrest people or not.
Why did the Fengchang City Police Department refuse to take action?
Sun Feifei mentioned on Weibo that the official background of the film
is related to the Blood Love case, a film produced by the Liunan TV station.
At that time, the director was Shi Lianwen,
who was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2014 for bribery and embezzlement of public funds.
The producer, Jiao Weidong, is the director of the Operations and Development Center
of the Liunan TV station, and the executive director of three state-owned enterprises.
Sun Feifei believes that this is the reason why the Fengchang City Police Department refused to
take action, after the producer and director intentionally assaulted her.
After the exposed violent incident, she was described by mainstream media as
late and overstepped, and dramatically seeking fame.
She once said on Weibo,
Some people think the assault is fabricated. The assault is entirely true.
If it's false, I will leave the entertainment industry.
On this issue, Sun Feifei revealed on Weibo on November 15,
the
unwritten rules of the industry, rules imposed by the state administration of radio,
film, and television of the Chinese Communist Party,
giving directors the power of life and death over actors.
She said,
Acting is my profession, and I will not give up my career for injustice.
However, the Chinese television and film industry has an organization,
called the China Television Directors Committee.
The director of the film Blood Love, Zhang Hanjie, is a member.
The Association of TV Directors will frequently announce a blacklist of actors,
and anyone on the blacklist will not be hired.
After the violent incident in Blood Love, Zhang Hanjie's only way to cover up his misconduct
was to make me disappear from the film and television industry.
So, with Zhang Hanjie's tireless efforts, I was blacklisted by the Directors Committee in 2011.
