A raw keyboard jam

A raw keyboard jam.

I was trying to record my next piano cover but it wasn't going so well. So I loaded up one of Logic's many electric piano sounds, a particularly grunty, filthy one, and just started jamming out. I found this chord progression pretty quickly and, seeing as the camera was already set up, I just pressed record and improvised this thing.

I like the progression I think it's pretty sick. As this is mostly improvised, I didn't have much time to flesh it out, but I'm thinking of working on it a bit more and turning it into a fully fleshed out groove, same with the drum beat. I'd like to work on a proper drum beat for this one, and record live drums for the actual groove. I whipped this beat up in a couple of minutes, it's really not very happening. But hey, I like playing keys, I like making videos, so here's another keyboard jam.
