(Serie A 2023/2024): Highlights Juventus - Cagliari

Andrea Petagno's shot falls to Viola. Viola! Excellent position for his left foot. He's in great form as well. Chiesa. So the Italian steps up and just couldn't keep his attempt down. Not really of any worry to scuff it. Flocatelli has what it takes to be the register, the playmaker. McKinney brings it down. Decent ball and that from Zappa was crucial. Costic in. McKinney! Space is wide. Now there's space for Miretti. Outside of the boot. Not a bad idea. Chiesa! Flushes it over the crossbar. Miretti breaking up the play. McKinney open in the middle. Costic. Saved by Scufet and put wide by Chiesa. Costic will have to run around it. Curling in. Good header there from Gatti. Who is decisive in the derby. And got an early leap on Viola. Costic crosses in. Bremer wide open. The Brazilian defender makes no mistake. And Juventus take the lead. It's a quality ball in and a precise finish as Bremer gets his first of the campaign. Another free kick. Gave him the first goal. In this corner. Gives him the second. Daniele Rugani. Forces it across the line. Two defenders on target for Max Allegri. Yes, maybe the attack he's not firing. But the goals still come for Juventus. And 2-0 now. 75th minute. Shimonidov at the near post. High up to Dosena's head. And it's in! It's been a long time coming to break the Juventus back line. But it is Dosena with his first goal in Serie A. Zappa whacks it in. The header off the post. Dosena again. Stesnik was struggling to get there. Max Allegri's defence leads to a 5th straight victory. It finishes. Juventus 2. Cagliari 1.
