People Magazine has named Patrick Dempsey as its Sexiest Man Alive for 2023.

What took them so long is the only question I have.
I don't know, I'm just happy they made a decision and it was me this year.
I'm very grateful.
They finally made the right decision.
Outside of acting, Dempsey reinforced his heartthrob status by dabbling in race car
driving.
I've been the bridesmaid for People's Sexiest Man Alive ten times.
Now I get the big picture, not the little picture that's on the side.
Of the title, the actor told People,
I was completely shocked.
And then I started laughing.

I've always been the bridesmaid.
Past Sexiest Man Alive title holders have included Ryan Reynolds, Michael B. Jordan,
