RFI: China's urgent deployment of warships in response to US presence in the South China Sea

The Chinese aircraft carrier Shandong (CV-17) recently entered the Western Pacific Ocean through the Bashi Strait, accompanied by guided-missile destroyers Guilin (Type 052D 164) and Changsha (Type 052D 173), while four missile frigates Xuchang (Type 054A 536) and Huangshan (Type 054A 570) had already sailed to join the Shandong.
