This is a lesson to stabilize your posture.
This time, there is only one word for the 3rd and 2nd tones of the HSK level,
so I would like to study the words for the 3rd and 3rd tones and the words for the 3rd and 4th tones together.
First of all, the 3rd and 2nd tones, this is maa, maa.
It's the first sound after the first 3rd tone, ha.
It's a sound called n.
You can go up to this point at the same height.
What does that mean?
Maa.
Up to this point is the same height.
After that, the 2nd tone part goes up.
Maa, maa.
That's right.
Try to pronounce it carefully, thinking that the part that goes up is the vowel.
I'll say it again.
Maa, maa.
In the first tone words, it becomes nyu, aa.
This nyu sound is an umlaut.
It's a very difficult sound to pronounce, but try to pronounce it with an ahiru.
I have other videos about umlauts, so please take a look at the past videos.
The link is posted in the summary section.
Let's try to pronounce it together.
First of all, everyone, please go ahead.
Nyu, aa.
I'll try to pronounce it a little faster.
Nyu, aa.
You did a good job.
Next is the 3rd and 3rd tones.
As you all know, the previous 3rd tone changes to the 2nd tone, so it becomes the 2nd tone 3rd tone.
In the first tone words, the word shuei guo is a fruit.
This shuei has a hidden vowel between yu and ai, so it is pronounced as uei.
It's shuei.
This is the 2nd tone, so it becomes shuei guo.
It goes up as uei and goes down as guo.
So everyone, please try to pronounce it.
Go ahead.
Shuei guo.
You did a good job.
Next is xiao jie.
This xiao is xiao.
Please pronounce this iao as iao.
Don't make it iao with a small ya.
It's not xiao, it's xiao.
This is the 2nd tone, so it's xiao jie.
Go ahead.
Xiao jie.
Very good.
Let's try to say it a little faster.
Shuei guo.
Xiao jie.
Did you do it?
Next, let's move on to the 3rd and 4th tones.
The 3rd and 4th tones are like ma ma, and the 4th tone goes straight down.
And please be careful that the 3rd tone doesn't go up as if it's going to spit out blood.
Ma ma.
In the first tone words, it's rice.
Mǐ fàn.
Go ahead, everyone.
Mǐ fàn.
Let's try to say it a little faster.
Mǐ fàn.
Did you do a good job?
Now, let's continue with the 3rd, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, and 4th tones and try to say it a little faster.
Nǚ ér.
Shuei guo.
Xiao jie.
Mǐ fàn.
There are links to helpful references and textbooks in the description, so please refer to them if you like.
And you're always welcome to sign up for LINE.
See you next time in the 3rd and 4th tones.
