This is the bus and we're gonna do a little tour. The traditional bus door was replaced
by this Larson glass front door and that's where we enter. You'll see the driver's seat
and as we go up you'll see the interior of the bus. At the back of the bus you've got this deck.
The deck can be used to store bikes or lawn chairs if you want to enjoy some sunshine.
It also is through this back door that you can access the water, the freshwater container and
you can fill that with this hose here. You also can see this is the power source so if you want
to plug into what they call shore power or power from a building or from your home you can do that
through this power cord and that comes with the bus. Also down here on the driver's side of the
bus is where you'll see the propane tank. So that's a 40 gallon propane tank and that powers the
hot water and the gas stove. Now I'm standing just inside and you'll see the first thing we see is our
day bed. I also want to note that the ceiling has been finished with cedar which is beautiful
and it has a lovely smell to it. Also the floors are done with wood panels wood and they are also
finished really beautifully so the interior really looks lovely. The windows are the original windows
from the bus and you can see here they work. They open and close and they are original so
they have some character to them. Also the windows have curtain rods over them so that if you want to
have curtains to block out some of the light that can be helpful especially for sleeping.
The first thing in the bus is this day bed which you can see is you can use it as a sofa
or also as a bed and if you wanted to live here in this tiny home you could mount your tv on this
wall right in front of that sofa slash bed. Also in here you can see there is a wood-burning stove.
This is a real wood-burning stove. You see that it opens and you can build fires in there
and below there there is a place to store firewood because it is a small stove.
The kindling size wood might work best and there's also a hose that you can use to scrub to
clean the fireplace if you need to. In addition to the cedar wood on the ceiling there are also
track lights that you can see that are led lights and that work on the power. There are also power
outlets that work on power and you can plug the power into your home and I'll show you how that
works in a little bit. But first I'll show you this is a little folding table. So the table is
out now. It has little levers underneath. The levers are right there and you can use those
levers to put the table down if you don't need it to be in use. So you can use this for eating,
food prep, or as a desk if you want to. And opposite that is the kitchen in this tiny home.
So you can see there's a beautiful farmhouse sink that's really big and some cabinets.
There are cabinet doors for these that are that come with the bus. I'll show you where those are
in a moment. And you've got a gas powered range. This works on propane gas and there is a 40 gallon
propane tank under the bus. There are also these beautiful drawers and this lovely antique style
refrigerator. Though it is an antique style it is new. So you can enjoy that for we hope many
years to come. We'll see inside. It's beautiful. The next thing you'll see if you're standing in
the kitchen and looking kind of down this hallway on your left there are closet spaces. So this is
one closet space that has some shelves and previously we had a little chest of drawers
right here next to the shelves. And then this can be used for hanging closet space.
And you see there's a smoke detector there as well. This box has solar panels in it and
these are also solar panel equipment that comes with the bus. The panels are not installed yet
on top of the bus but you have everything you need here to do that. And these are the cabinet doors
that I mentioned before. So lots and lots of storage space which is not necessarily the norm
with tiny homes. Down here under the bed there is a storage tank. So this is where the fresh water
is stored on the bus and you can access this from the back door which is behind where the bed is. So
next I'll show you the bed. Right in here you have a lofted bed area and it's really beautiful. So
there's plenty of room for even tall people to sit in here. There's a brand new mattress that's never
been used. Queen's High's mattress and you can make the bed up. There are also curtain rods
in here that you can use to help block the light. And that is the bed. Now I'm sitting on the bed
and this is the view of the bus. You'll have the closets now on your right and the bathrooms on
your now left. And so I'll show you those. This is the shower door. It doesn't close all the way
you would either want to hang a shower curtain or be very up close and personal.
The shower is a full-size shower so you can stand and walk into the shower. There is a
stool there. The water drains. The fresh water comes from under the bed what I showed you
and then the water drains to a gray water tank that sits under the bus. There's a little spot
for storage and it's a lovely shower. Just past the shower the next thing is the commode.
So this is a composting toilet and what it does is it separates liquids and solids. So
the liquids go into a bucket that you can simply empty out and the solids go into a bag that you
can remove and put in the compost. Sort of similar to taking out your dog's poop.
And there's space for toilet paper and other various sundries. The bus came with this mirror.
It is available if you want it and it's okay if you don't. So this is a view of the bus from the
back going forward and we'll go towards the driver's seat. So you'll see here
the driver's seat moves so it's seated pretty far forward and you can move it back quite a
bit and adjust how it's angled. It's got two armrests. The diesel engine turns on here
and then there's a panel here with controls that control the power and various things on the bus.
So this could use a little bit of work to pretty it up. Maybe put in a wood surface to hide some
of those wires but it's perfectly functional the way that it is and of course safety first.
Here's the seat belt. There's a speaker here that you can use to play some tunes and that's it.
The flooring around the driver's seat could use just a little bit more work as you can see but
the panels that you would need to do that are there and it's perfectly serviceable as is.
Hope you enjoyed the tour. Thanks! Bye!
