Let's demystify meditation, because it is surrounded by so many prejudices.
Close your eyes, get out of your life, disconnect yourself from your body, disconnect yourself from your environment, disconnect yourself from your use of time.
And just give yourself an hour, or 45 minutes, or 20 minutes, because when you invest in yourself, you invest in your future.
And when you believe in yourself, you believe in possibilities.
And when you believe in possibilities, you believe in yourself.
The side effect of this is that we become more willing, we become more attentive, we become more conscious, more loving.
It's... it's just nature. You know, we just become the best version of ourselves.
The side effect of this is that we become more willing, we become more attentive, we become more conscious, we become more loving.
In order for you to really start exploring the unknown aspects of yourself, you must learn to go beyond the aspects you know of yourself.
And if you always come back to what you know, you will miss what you don't know.
Now you could say, well, I don't know anything about the unknown.
And I would tell you, of course, since it is the unknown.
But if you try to control what happens in the unknown, you come back to the known.
If you try to predict the unknown, you come back to the known.
And so, you have to go through these trials and errors to refine your attention, to refine your ability.
And... and it just has to be something like playing tennis, playing golf, doing martial arts, training, playing hooky, dancing salsa.
You just have to keep going.
Of course, at first, it's tedious.
But when you start to find your rhythm...
I mean, for all the people we informed, they never miss their morning meditation.
Do you know why?
Because magic happens.
And they know that if they miss their session, they will miss this magic.
And even if they are tired, even if they have a hangover, they... they just do it.
You know, if you wake up in the morning and you can't get your butt out of bed, do you know what that means?
It means that you are simply predicting all the feelings you will feel in your day.
And your body resigns to it.
But remember when, when you were a child and you had to go on a school trip.
You woke up well before your parents, because you knew that something new was going to happen.
It's your body that tells you, get up, something unexpected is about to happen.
So why not, you know, take, take time, and then measure the changes you would like to create in your life.
What I mean by that is, become the scientist of your own life.
And start experiencing these things.
Like, you're there and you say, let me change my energy, let me just write four thoughts.
Like, I can't, it's too hard, I'll start tomorrow, it seems impossible to me.
Whatever it is, it's this person's fault, whatever.
Just write these thoughts and say, just like Gandalf on the bridge.
You will not pass, that's enough now.
And when you become aware of these thoughts, you then become the ruler of your thoughts.
What actions, what behavior do you want to change?
Do you complain, do you blame others?
Do you find excuses?
How do you speak?
Simply choose four things that you will stop doing from now on.
What emotions attract you to trouble?
What are the emotions to which you are addicted?
What are the emotions that bring your past back to the surface?
And if you don't know, close your eyes for about 30 minutes and just look where your mind is going.
What feeling do you feel and then you say, okay.
It all seems to be frustration, indignity, a lack of self-confidence, guilt, frustration, shame.
Just be aware of these things and just put them in review in your mind.
And force yourself to remember that when you wake up in the morning.
If the word meditation comes back to familiarization.
So, you know, people always say, you shouldn't focus on the negative.
And I'll tell you, really, because it's 95% of who you are.
And you really have to start dismantling or denaturing this old personality.
That means you have to face all the emotions you can feel in your body.
You know, it's like, let's say we're on the weekend, it's 8 o'clock in the morning, you're meditating.
Normally, in a week, at this time, you're on your way to work.
And during your meditation, you start to feel this anger.
And your body is like, are you sure we're not late?
Go denaturing these things that are mapped in your brain.
Most of the time, you get angry for things that are not even happening.
But keep in mind that once you become aware of it, you're really on the right track.
Because you train yourself to become aware of what you feel.
In order not to live in autopilot anymore.
And it makes you aware at an extraordinary level.
It develops your consciousness a lot.
And you can't be aware of things without energy.
So you have to increase your energy in order to get there.
Otherwise, you're going to consume yourself.
You have to turn around first.
If you start to familiarize yourself.
To become really aware of your unconscious thoughts.
They will never go through your mind.
Without them being validated by your consciousness.
Now, it's at this moment that you really take control of yourself.
And then you start to pull and wire new thoughts.
You start to think by yourself.
Who am I going to be when I open my eyes?
Or how am I going to make a difference in the world today?
Who am I going to be?
How pleasant am I going to be with others?
How am I going to grow?
How am I going to serve?
How am I going to contribute?
What are the things that I really want to do today?
And the simple fact is to close your eyes.
And to think about these things.
And to mentally review what you're going to do again and again.
Your brain doesn't know how to make a difference.
And when you generate these mental images.
What you do is that you start to install the neurological material in your brain.
To give the impression to your body that you've already done it.
And from now on, your brain is no longer based on the past.
Now it's a map of the future.
You feed your brain.
And if you keep doing this over time.
It becomes the new program.
Do you understand what that means?
It means that you can start acting like a happy person.
And there's nothing surprising about it.
Because you've installed the circuits.
Let's think about that for a moment.
How can we make thoughts more real than reality?
By going to the quantum field.
Okay, let's close our eyes.
Let's disconnect from the environment.
Minimize the sensory information as much as possible.
Let's cut all distractions.
You can even go as far as putting earplugs.
Here we want to reduce our sensitivity.
So now you're sitting.
You're not eating.
So you don't have a taste in your mouth.
You don't smell.
You don't feel anything.
You don't see anything.
Your brain waves are starting to change.
They're starting to slow down.
And you're moving away from this meta brain wave model.
The one where you're aware that you have a body in space-time.
That your attention is focused on the outside world.
Where your senses provide you with all this information.
Now you don't have as much information.
And your inner world is starting to become more real than your outer world.
And you no longer identify with the voice in your head that speaks to you constantly.
Your brain waves are starting to change.
And you're starting to see images.
And symbols.
Much more than this vocalization and this under-vocalization.
And your brain wave model goes from beta to alpha.
You're starting to create.
You're starting to dream.
To imagine.
And then what you do is you tell your body.
That you're going to sit there for an hour.
While knowing that your body has been programmed differently.
Because normally you wake up every morning and do exactly the same things until evening.
Now you tell your body.
I'm going to make you sick.
I'm going to dump you like an animal.
And you sit down.
And you stay seated.
And your body is going to tell you.
I'm going to die.
My bladder is going to explode.
I need a coffee.
I have to reply to a lot of emails.
That's the program.
Except that you tell it.
Today we're going to fight, you and me.
Today, that's what's going to happen.
You sit down like that and you gain ground.
And your body is going to do everything to make you get up.
But you continue to calm it down.
When you start this day today.
You will be more pleasant with your loved ones.
More affectionate.
More patient.
More present.
Because...
You master the present moment.
Which means that you don't live through a predictable future.
You don't live through a familiar past either.
Now you master time.
Where you place your intention.
And where your energy goes.
And all your attention is now in the present moment.
And when all your attention is placed in the present moment.
You will have so much energy to do so many incredible things.
So being more present.
Means that you put a lot of energy in the present moment.
And that you take back your power over all these things and these people in your life.
Let's demystify meditation.
Because it is surrounded by so many prejudices.
Close your eyes.
Get out of your life.
Disconnect yourself from your body.
Disconnect yourself from your environment.
Disconnect yourself from your use of time.
And just give yourself one hour.
Or 45 minutes.
Or 20 minutes.
Because when you invest in yourself.
You invest in your future.
And when you believe in yourself.
You believe in possibilities.
And when you believe in possibilities, you believe in yourself.
And if you don't believe in possibilities.
You don't believe in yourself.
And if you don't believe in yourself, you don't believe in possibilities.
And when you start to overcome all this.
The side effect of that is that suddenly you are happy for no reason.
The side effect of that is that we become more willing.
We become more attentive.
We become more conscious.
More loving.
It's just nature.
You know, we just become the best version of ourselves.
Thanks for watching guys!
