(Bundesliga 2023/2024): Highlights Stuttgart - Wolfsburg

Seru Girasi and Jonas Wind, two of the top three Bundesliga strikers face each other this afternoon. For the home side Stuttgart have won every home game and won the last four Bundesliga fixtures but here come Wolfsburg. That's not bad for Merli, he's been blocked for now but a rebound goes in scored by Yannick Gerhardt and that's the third goal put past Stuttgart from that man. 1-0 for the visitors, well a deserved lead for the visiting team thanks to Gerhardt's first half goal, 1-0. Oh, claims of a penalty there as Girasi goes down, foul here possibly by Seisiger. Referee initially waved play on but they've taken a look at the video assistant together with the referee have given a penalty. He's never missed from the spot, Seru Girasi and he's not going to miss here today, Bundesliga game, that's 11 goals for the season and he now draws level with the great Robert Lewandowski. Seven games played, 11 goals and here they come again, Chris Führich, Girasi, Girasi still going, Ozen scores again, of course he does. Chris Führich called up for Germany, supplies him with that goal and Girasi caresses it home. There's still a few minutes to be played in this game, pass from Undaff, Silas, stop for now but this is Girasi, still going, oh that, the way he stopped just before he struck that ball home is simply magnificent. Never before has a Bundesliga player scored 13 goals after seven match days but Girasi did and they win.
