AccuWeather: Clouds thicken Thursday in Philadelphia region

We start off with a decent amount of sunshine, but it looks like a batch of warm advection high clouds will stream into the northern half of the area during the mid to late afternoon making for a cloudier end to the day. With the cloud cover concerns we've lowered our high to 69, still a nice October day, but likely falling just shy of 70.
