After deducting the cost, the profit reached 275 million VND. Each hectare of water surface for Cang Xanh shrimp breeding is given back more than 130 million VND. Meanwhile, the profit for freshwater fish only reaches 20 to 30 million VND per hectare. The technology of Cang Xanh shrimp is based on the experience that the shrimp must be good. The best way to get good shrimp is to catch them in the right place. Secondly, the Cang Xanh shrimp will fight each other very fiercely. Because the harvesting rate is very high, we have to make a fence to prevent the shrimp from fighting each other. The Cang Xanh shrimp will be faster and will be able to limit the shrimp from fighting each other. We only feed the shrimp in the morning and in the afternoon. If the farmers have good water quality, we will raise the Cang Xanh shrimp very effectively. The model has strictly followed the breeding process, but after three months, the shrimp are separated. The small shrimps are put back in the old pond, and the large shrimps of the same size will be moved to the new pond. Separation, splitting and littering are compulsory requirements. In addition, biological technology must be applied to raise according to the standards of clean aquaculture. The conditions to raise the Cang Xanh shrimp are the active breeding area of ​​sweetwater. The hydrophilic and hydrophilic factors in the lowest water conditions must ensure the growth and development of the Cang Xanh shrimp. pH 6.5-8.5, oxygen dissolved over 4mg per liter, NH3 under 0.1mg per liter. The Cang Xanh shrimp farm has the ability to grow on the ground, especially in the area of ​​Ca Nuoc Ngoat, which has a high economic value. In the future, we will promote 3 to 6 shrimp farms. The first is the shrimp farm in the right area, which promotes 5 to 7 shrimp per square meter. In the process of raising shrimp, we need to pay attention to some points compared to other shrimp farms. The first is the use of biological fertilizers in the process of raising shrimp to cultivate the environment of the mountain to help the shrimp develop well. The third is to select the shrimp with a fertility rate of up to 70%. The success of the first step of the Cang Xanh shrimp farm model at the Lộc Hà Agricultural and Aquaculture Manufacturing Cooperative is opening a new horizon, expanding a new target for high productivity and high economic value. This is also a solution to effectively develop the potential of the Ngoat area, diversify agricultural products, increase economic efficiency in the area and re-structure the aquaculture industry.
