Meine REALISTISCHE MORGENROUTINE | Der perfekte Start in den Tag!

can give you a little motivation, I told you that I would film a routine in the morning, but then it's already in my office, in my workout corner, as always, and then the workout is already being pulled through, here, too, I'm filming a bit for Instagram again, so you can see the work starts in principle right in the morning, I'll take you with me, because it's belly, legs, butt today, by the way, I grabbed these cool adjustable shorts for today, I can also link them to you, they are very practical, you just have one barbell and in the barbell five different weights from 5 to 25 kilos, yes, and then it is pulled through and you may already see it a little bit in my eyes, it was very nice, exhausting, it burned really well, I can link the workout to you, on the top right, then there was still belly, so I did a six-minute six-pack flat belly, that burns really, really nice, but I think training in the morning is just really good, so I just love my home workouts, I am often asked, but I really train purely with my workouts, always from home, I love it, yes, you see, I'm sweating, but before I jump into the shower, I'm still finishing the Instastory, so I always like to work with the app InShot, such a little tip by the way, and just add a little bit of this insight, so that you also have a little insight into the workout, then everything can go online, and then I'll go to the closet for a moment and look for my clothes for the day, I'll take that with me to the bathroom, then I can change right away, and today I decided on a nice beige sweater, then I'll just grab a pair of pants and then we'll really go to the bathroom, yes, I just love our shower, I turned on the rain shower, but then I realized, no, I don't want to wash my hair today, then I turned on the little shower again, which is such a really pleasant shower foam by the way, I can also link all the products you can use below in the info box, the shower after training is definitely always very good, and then peel off the shower curtain, you really always do that so that there are no lint stains, also a little fact on the edge, yes, and now it's really my skin routine, the first thing I always do is wash my face again, or moisten it, so that I can apply this cleaning here, I can also link the products here in the info box, I think they are really very, very good, I got them from my cosmetics studio, and then I apply a serum and my day cream, they are also really very pleasant, they also smell really good, and that's actually what I put on my face before I put on makeup, and then I grab my perfume, but I often put that on when I'm already dressed up, so that the clothes also smell a little afterwards, and quickly a little deodorant, full can of apple pie, and yes, that's actually it, and then change clothes, it would be nice if it would always go so fast, and now it can go to my office, because my makeup table is there, so I don't do that in the bathroom, but I do it in my office, and yes, that's just natural, I don't have to put on makeup, I work from home, or we don't even have to finish it, I can walk around in my jogging pants all day, but I'll tell you how it is, you are simply much more productive when you are finished, so I definitely feel that way, that's why I just like to get ready as if I were going to work, because you just have the feeling that the working day is starting now, somehow, I hope you can understand what I mean, yes, it doesn't take long at all, between 10 minutes, maximum 15 minutes, depending on whether I still style my hair or something, but the makeup itself goes super fast, I can also write the products in the info box, and yes, I think you can see it right away, I always pat the mascara, but it doesn't matter, I always do it with a cotton swab, and today I also smoothed my hair, I let it dry in the evening, that's why they are so half curly, half something, and I grabbed the iron and smoothed the hair, that always goes really fast, but it evaporates, but of course there is heat protection inside, don't worry, yes, and I just do that until all the hair is nice and smooth, comb through again, and then I still like to put a little hair oil in the tips, then the hair also shines really, really nicely, and that's actually it, as far as my hair, body, face care routine is concerned, just clean up the iron, and now finally, now it's about 9 o'clock, throw it on the laptop, drive the laptop up, and then my working day can really start, of course it always looks different, so from doing things on the laptop, answering emails, being in contact with companies, being in contact with my brand, with my team, being in exchange, tax advisors, such calls, video calls are on, then of course I also worked on my tattoos today, already cut a little on the video, but that's actually it with my morning routine, I hope you enjoyed it, please leave me a thumbs up, a comment, and then I would say, see you next time, bye!
