It was definitely very, very exhausting.
I think it was physically the most exhausting thing I've ever experienced in my life.
First of all, I felt much, much better after a few minutes.
And secondly, I had the feeling that I wanted to do it again,
because it feels so good and my body just gives me this feedback
that it would be a good thing to do it more often.
The fever heats everything up.
Of course, you also have the advantage of being protected by the skin.
The sweat comes out.
I'm about to go into hypothermia.
And as a preparation to warm up a bit,
to raise the pulse a bit,
I'll spend another 20 minutes on the bike trainer.
Okay, now it's about to start with hypothermia.
This is what the device looks like, where I'll be lying in it in a moment.
If you have to go to the bathroom,
i.e. have to urinate, you can urinate in there.
Because if you get up, all the heat would be lost.
This is what the good part looks like from the inside.
I probably won't be able to make a video in the meantime,
because you can only look out with your head up here.
That means my hands are basically covered here.
And while I'm at it, I'm going to get an electrolyte infusion,
because I'm going to sweat a lot and excrete minerals.
And that supports the whole thing, that brings it back to the body.
And I'll probably sign up again afterwards.
And probably look a bit more finished than before.
So see you later.
So, that was definitely very, very exhausting right now.
I think it was physically the most exhausting thing I've ever experienced.
It was almost 1.5 hours, the hypothermia.
The highest temperature was, I think, 39.7 or 39.8.
That was the highest, so 39.7 or 39.8.
Now I've been lying here for 5-6 minutes to rest.
And from minute to minute I become more stable.
And on the other hand, everything feels good again.
And I'll show you the temperature again, I think that's exciting too.
Exactly, I just asked again, so the highest temperature was 39.8.
And what I find exciting, now after 6-7 minutes, the temperature is still 39.2.
So it makes sense to just lie down for example,
to cover yourself with a towel,
so that the body temperature stays as long as possible,
in order to benefit as much as possible from the effects.
So once the immune system is extremely activated,
various pathogens die off due to body temperature alone.
For example, borrelia are heat-sensitive.
Of course, a lot of toxins are also excreted via sweat.
What is also very exciting, the temperature is measured all the time.
Also at the beginning, mine was 36.9 at the beginning, that's very good.
But many people have temperatures of 36, 36.1, 36.2, 36.3,
which simply means that many reactions in the body are not so effective
or cannot take place too quickly,
because the enzymes do not work so quickly.
And the immune system is weaker, pathogens feel better.
And what is exciting about people who have a temperature that is too low,
for example, they arrive here at 36 degrees,
then, after the treatment, the body temperature is increased,
for example to 38.5 or 39, or I now have 39.8,
depending on how high you go, that also depends on the condition of the patient.
And then the temperature, as I have just shown,
goes down again slowly,
but in the long run, the standard, the normal body temperature,
which is extremely valuable after the first application,
can be that the body temperature
may rise up to 1 degree,
but definitely some decimal places,
so 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, or maybe 0.7, 0.8 degrees.
If people have a body temperature that is too low,
which is of course extremely valuable in the long run,
because then the immune system is much stronger,
many processes in the body can run much faster and more effectively,
as I just said, because the disadvantages of low temperature disappear.
It's been about half an hour since the end of the hypothermia.
I lost a total of just under 3 liters of water over the sweat,
or liquid over the sweat.
It is said that per 1 degree body temperature rise,
from 37 degrees, the body loses about 1 liter of water.
And with me it has risen by almost 3 degrees,
from 36.9 to, I think, 39.8.
And in addition, I lost about 600 milliliters over the urine,
and during that time I drank 1.5 liters,
and got about 600 milliliters as an infusion.
And now I have already drank something again,
pure hexagonal water,
and at the same time I have the need to take in minerals again.
You can take different sources,
freshly squeezed vegetable juices, for example,
and I take special oleic minerals, a mineral complex,
where I also notice physically that I have a great need for it.
In addition, it is also useful to take binding agents,
to bind released toxins.
You can take different things.
Personally, I find a special, further processed zeolite most effective,
which is broken down with a patented procedure,
and which is encapsulated in vitamin C,
and which is also able to bind things not only in the gut,
but also in the cells, in the blood,
and to absorb it everywhere,
and then to excrete it through urine, for example, or stool.
There are just different options.
Officially, you can't say that it detoxifies,
but I have the feeling that it can remove toxins from the body.
But officially, you can't say that it detoxifies.
After the treatment, it is advisable to pack yourself well.
For example, I'm wearing a bathrobe,
and then to lie down again to allow the body to rest,
which of course is also exhausting for the body,
but also to cover warmly,
so that you can keep the temperature as high as possible,
or that it drops as slowly as possible,
in order to benefit from the positive effects of a higher body temperature.
What I find very interesting,
is that a few minutes after the treatment, after the hypothermia,
although the last half hour was really very exhausting for me physically,
I felt much better after a few minutes.
And secondly, I had the feeling that I wanted to do it again,
because it feels so good now,
and my body gives me this feedback,
that it would be a good thing to do it more often.
And I find that very exciting.
And what is also interesting,
is that the body gets used to these high temperatures,
so that further passes for the body are easier to cope with,
or can last longer.
For me it was now almost 1.5 hours,
but you can also do 2 hours and 15 minutes,
that's the maximum, I think.
You can also do that, not at the beginning,
but if you do it more often.
And you can also increase the temperature.
So you can definitely go up to 40,
I don't know, I think it's even more possible,
but you have to be a little careful.
I find that interesting,
and I will probably do it again.
You notice that I sometimes take a deep breath,
or have to think a little,
to put my thoughts, feelings, experiences into words.
Simply because the body probably still has to recover,
and many regeneration processes are currently taking place.
But I'm really fine.
So I feel very, very good physically again.
And yes, definitely very exciting, I will continue to observe that now.
I'll get back to you a few hours later.
So the treatment was this afternoon,
now it's already late in the evening.
And I then laid down for about an hour after the treatment,
rested, but I felt very, very good all the time.
And after an hour it was back to normal again.
I think you can see it on my face,
on my look,
that the whole thing looks normal again,
just like before the treatment.
Right after the treatment, the whole thing looked a little different.
I will definitely do it again.
I don't know exactly when,
but I know that I will do it again here at the Swiss Mountain Clinic.
It felt very, very good to me.
In between, especially the last half hour,
I already said, it was very, very intense.
But right when the session was over,
there was a very strong relief.
Of course I was still a little exhausted,
but the exhaustion still felt good.
I just noticed that the body was working.
And as I said, after an hour I was back to normal again.
That's about it.
And I hope the video was able to help you further.
So here we are at the spaceship station.
No, just kidding.
We are here at the hypothermia.
I was already in there.
I found it very, very intense.
I think that was the most intense thing I've ever experienced.
It was very exhausting, the last half hour.
But after that I felt very, very good
and wanted to do it again right away.
Friederike, maybe you can briefly tell us
what function hypothermia has
and for which people do you use it?
So hypothermia causes fever.
We send the whole patient up really high.
How high did you get?
39.8
So that he really goes up above his body temperature
as if he really had a severe flu.
And why do we do this?
For two reasons.
Because who still has a fever nowadays?
Many people just don't have a fever anymore.
The situation works somehow.
Especially with comical diseases,
with comical infections.
But of course also with people
who are somewhere in such a stage.
In such a regulatory stage.
Exhaustion, neurodegenerative suffering,
numerous diseases.
And we also use it
because of the fever
we have an amazing immune system.
So we measure the white blood cells before
and after.
Because of the fever, everything is heated up.
And of course you also have the advantage
and that's why it's sometimes good
to integrate hypothermia
in excretion tests.
Because it comes out
through the skin.
You know that from the sauna.
And that's really an advantage
because the patient lies here
in the sauna for half an hour.
Sometimes you do it in three steps.
But here you sometimes lie
four or five hours at a time.
Depending on what you personally endure.
And of course,
you beat several flies
with one baton.
And also individual pathogens
are also sensitive
when the body temperature rises.
At a certain temperature
you get the pathogens,
the viruses.
And at a certain temperature,
of course, you also have
all the cancer diseases.
So hypothermia also has an infusion.
An viral infusion.
DMT.
Then it works even more effectively,
so to speak.
Because all the reactions in the body
also run faster.
Because the enzymes, for example,
work better.
Probably traumatic experience
from other doctors.
If I had needed more doctors like you,
then I would have become a doctor too.
Exactly, that's the point.
And it has to be individually adapted.
So if the patient says,
now at 38 it's already stopped,
then it's stopped.
And next time it should be easier.
Next time it's easier.
And an important point is
many people who are chronically ill
have a low body temperature.
Generally half a degree,
maybe too low or even more.
And just suffer from it.
The immune system is too weak.
So you definitely suffer from it.
You get sick and tired.
And with this,
at least the doctor who accompanied me told me,
it is possible
that the body temperature
will increase permanently
after the treatment.
I didn't know that before.
I find that very, very interesting.
It's all that you
like to say.
Your system can reorganize itself.
That's really great.
It's like a little reset.
Even if you have this problem,
you should take hot baths.
Hot baths, warm food,
also that helps.
Not those ice cold drinks.
And of course you are taken care of all the time.
All the time while the hypertension is running,
there is someone there who takes care of you.
You get something to drink.
You can also,
for example, I had to urinate several times
during that time.
I also drank a lot.
I think I drank over 1.5 liters
and I sweated over 3 liters.
The doctor told me
that when the body temperature
has risen by 1 degree,
that means that you sweated about 1 liter.
I had to drink a lot during that time.
You do everything
to make it as comfortable as possible.
Of course it is somewhat exhausting,
but the relief
that you feel afterwards
or the improvement
is definitely worth it.
