They are afraid that the child could die if it doesn't come right away, if they don't allow any intervention measures.
So you actually do everything a woman can do that she doesn't need at all in that situation.
But the rock sherpa in Austria, he ran a birth clinic for a while, he somehow got the birth rate to less than 2%.
The more artificial fertilization you have, the more problems you have, the more risk pregnancy, if you want it that way.
It is then also very much intervened again, because this system, because the machine has to go on.
The natural thing would actually be that the child is with mom and dad first, especially with mom.
And nothing to do with enjoying the last few days and getting in tune, but that's like, now give birth, but now give birth, but.
And if you don't do that, then I'm sorry, one does this and that.
And 14 days after the appointment is even the coolest housebirth, hey, let's get out of the game, because you're not there anymore.
Accordingly, a lot of pressure arises in women, of course.
Welcome to today's interview, my name is Sören Schumann and today I am interviewing Sarah Schmid about the topic of natural and also relaxed, peaceful birth.
And also the first time after pregnancy, what to look out for there, what the classic recommendations are and what they might have for not so nice consequences.
And what natural alternatives there are, or how women used to have children and how that was implemented at the time and how far we have moved away from that and what consequences that can have.
Sarah has a large YouTube channel where it is also about this topic, is a doctor and has also written various books on the subject.
And she also gets a lot of children at home, so housebirth or single birth, and therefore knows best about the topic.
I'm glad you're here today, Sarah, and before we talk about birth, about the great mystery, please tell us again what you do, what your focus is, and then we can get started.
Thank you for the introduction, I'm Sarah Schmid, I have nine children now, I got them all at home, the first one with midwifery and the others without.
And that has become one of my passions, to clarify how beautiful birth can be and how to take it into your own hands.
There's my book about it, where I put everything together, the questions I asked myself before my first birth in my own way.
So, I'm the boss of my birth, my pregnancy, what do I have to do to make it go well? And then I put that together in the book.
Exactly, that's one thing, Manon Steckenpferd, and that's what it's about now.
Exactly. On the one hand, of course, it is a topic that many people have trouble getting pregnant at all, or that when the pregnancy is successful or there, it is also very strongly intervened.
We have already explained this in detail in another conversation. Now I would like to talk to you about the end of pregnancy, where it goes to the finish line.
What important information is there, which may not necessarily be available on every street corner.
I would just start with the question of what influence, for example, the expected birth date has, including the time pressure that arises as a result.
But also then maybe prenatal examinations and so on, on the course of the pregnancy at the end or the birth.
The expected birth date is only an average value. A normal pregnancy takes an average of 280 days, so 40 days, but it can also take two weeks less or two weeks more.
And rarely even three weeks. Nature is never so precise that you can book it exactly on the day, but it is a period of time.
And some are individual, some are a little longer pregnant, some a little shorter. I'm usually a little longer pregnant. My longest pregnancy was 14 days more, so 42 weeks.
And I didn't get a child before the expected date. Other women may get their children earlier and that's all a normal span.
Nowadays, however, this is pathologized, i.e. labeled as ill, if you go over the expected date.
So two or three days is okay, but then a very tight control begins. You should go to the CTG every day and what not to do.
And then a week or at the latest ten days after the expected date is initiated.
And 14 days after the date is even the coolest housebirth. Hey, let's get out of the game, because we're not there anymore.
Accordingly, there is a lot of pressure on the woman. Pressure they don't need at all at the end of the pregnancy, because at the end of the pregnancy the woman is already hormonally towards birth,
emotionally no longer so stable, the hormones are very decomposed and the woman is easy to insecure, easy to intimidate.
And actually needs rest and a protected frame to finally give birth to her child in peace. Instead, she is chased from one appointment to the next.
She is afraid that the child could die if it doesn't come right away, if she doesn't allow any introductory measures.
So you actually do everything possible to the woman that she can't need at all in that situation.
So somehow you have no respect and no ethics, I think sometimes. The machinery is simply pulled through mercilessly.
If you can't say no as a woman, which is also very difficult in that situation.
If you have been involved in the system throughout the pregnancy and took part in all the precautions, this is a time when the woman hardly says, no, not with me anymore.
Some still do that, but many are already in it so that they can hold out until the end and let everything that is assigned to them.
So that can, yes, that brings in a lot of stress, brings the hormonal situation that is actually there for the woman to pull herself back into the nest, into the cave and get the child there.
Where it is also about things like oxytocin, for example, that is completely broken down, because a lot of pressure is worked with, which releases stress, which of course triggers the stress hormones.
That means it could also make sure that the birth date is pushed out even further if I just...
No idea, there is no reference that I know of.
Okay, but in any case, you intervene strongly and it's nothing more than a natural birth process where the woman can decide for herself,
I am now important to this and that and I now have this and that feeling or this intuition, but it's more like you said, it's a machinery and not exactly to the advantage for the woman or the child.
Yes, it's extremely stressful, I don't know if I can tell you, women who go through dates in the system and don't enjoy the last few days and get in tune,
but it's like, give birth now, give birth now, and if you don't do that, then I'm sorry, we'll do this and that.
So you could almost assume on purpose, because it's a pattern that repeats itself and you're just focusing on it in very sensitive moments and processes to disturb, to disturb the process.
And to get the mother away from her intuition and to control what happens.
Yes, it is probably also very, very important that the mother and also the husband, who has the task of protecting this birth room,
that they decide in advance what is important to them and how they can prepare for it, what do you recommend to parents in this regard,
what should they clarify so that there are no open questions?
Do you mean when it comes to dates, the pregnancy or what now?
Maybe in general, what they should clarify in general, also in relation to when it comes to the birth.
So when I go towards birth, I look, is the child doing well? Because that affects the birth, if the child is doing well, you can expect that there will be a straight birth
without unforeseen surprises.
Determining the child's position, you can teach yourself, it's not that difficult, there are already spinning babies, you can draw a map of the belly,
so the belly as a round circle, the navel in the middle, divided into four squares, so a cross, and then you draw where I feel what.
And in this you can determine quite well how the child is lying.
And it is important that it lies with the head down, of course, and they also pay attention to this in school medicine when they do their examinations,
but what is almost never taken into account is how the child is lying, so is it lying with the back to the front or to the back?
So it can be turned differently, and the back to the back is not a good position because I can't adjust the child well into the pelvis.
That's why you would like the child to lie with the back to the front, and it's stupid and unfortunately happens a lot because school medicine doesn't pay attention to it,
that you only determine this during the birth, and you just notice that it doesn't go forward, the woman has bad pain and the birth just doesn't go forward,
and then it becomes a kaiserschnitt, that's how it usually works in aclimatization.
But if you would pay attention to it, it would be best to do it before the birth starts, how is my child lying?
And then you could influence that with exercises, so that it turns better, or even during the birth you could notice, oh, the child is not lying well yet,
then I do the special exercises from spinning babies, there are special exercises for turning a child that is not optimal in the belly.
You can influence that, instead of waiting, as is usual in the clinic, and let the woman run into the kaiserschnitt when she is so exhausted that she can no longer do it.
And that's an important thing to know before the birth, how is the child lying? The child is lying well.
And otherwise, the child's movements are a good indicator that the child is doing well, if the child's movements are normal, as always,
then I would find out from such people, how is it, is there no more fruit water, or the placenta has calcified,
I wouldn't do much about that, as long as the child is fit, moves, then it's obviously going well.
Because a child that is not well cared for, that will first adjust the movements, because then it saves energy.
It would probably be interesting to have a counterpart, how a natural birth looks like, what is a natural birth from your point of view?
And you have a lot of experience in this area.
You mean from the course of the process?
Yes, for example.
How does a natural birth look like? And then you can briefly go into what the births look like today, what is recommended today.
Well, the body starts at some point and is ready for birth. The uterus is often pulled together, only irregularly,
but you can already tell when it comes to birth, that the exercises, as they are called,
what often happens at the end of pregnancy, that the belly gets hard, that it gets stronger.
So the days before the birth, I always notice that it doesn't take long.
But that's still so irregular, and then I have one and then another later.
And if it's a real birth, then they're regular.
Then often at intervals of 20 minutes, 10 minutes, it can go down pretty quickly,
that they still have intervals of 4 minutes.
The veins are always stronger.
And in my head I always get into my birth bubble, so to speak.
So I don't care what's going on around me.
I just concentrate fully on what's happening.
And I'm in a kind of trance state and breathe through my veins.
And they get more and more intense.
And I have my special position, as I have found out in the meantime,
as I always have the feeling to have my head over the water, even with the most intense veins.
So I sit on my birth ball, hold on to it right and left, I usually take a chair or something.
And then I just breathe in and out very slowly.
And I don't move, I don't say anything and no one is allowed to talk.
And then I basically swim through my veins.
And then the pregnancy starts at some point and then the child is there.
Yes, you've learned that over the years.
But you probably didn't know that at the first birth, did you?
Did you deal with it beforehand or did you just intuitively do it yourself during the other births?
Well, of course I dealt with it beforehand and read everything possible about breathing and what not.
But when you read it so theoretically, you think to yourself, well...
And then I just practiced it with every birth.
It actually took quite a long time until I found my technique,
where I have the feeling that I have my head over the water all the time.
At some point in the transition phase, I always had a moment where I thought,
wow, now my head is under water.
Now it's going to be okay.
So it took a while until I had my technique out.
And that was just through the exercise.
Okay, I'm going to try this out.
And in some births, one worked, in others it didn't work.
But I just had my toolkit in my head, my toolbox,
where I knew, okay, these techniques exist.
Okay, then I'll try this out.
No, it doesn't work.
I'll try this out, I'll try this out, I'll try this out.
And sometimes nothing works at all during the transition phase.
But then I just tried what worked.
And then I found out what worked for me.
And I can imagine that in the natural peoples,
there is perhaps a certain wisdom or experience
that has always been passed on by the women
who have already had children
to the pregnant women
and that was perhaps also a very good support, right?
So not with pressure or better wisdom,
but simply that the women were kind of introduced.
I could imagine.
Then the older woman automatically supported the younger woman during the birth.
She had the experience of her own birth
and then supported the younger woman.
She already knew, she had already experienced it.
And that was natural,
as is the case with primates, for example.
They also support each other during the birth.
Then the mother or the older sister is there
and is basically the support.
But of course that's not like medical staff
who give instructions
what to do and what not to do.
It's just someone who accompanies,
who is simply there.
Let's assume that we have already
reached the goal very, very often.
And it's such a classic birth
in the modern sense.
That is, the woman is in the hospital
and it starts.
What can be done there?
And what negative consequences
can that have?
So, what do I know,
in the direction of imperial circumcision,
in the direction that substances
are administered
and what consequences does that have?
Well, very often when the woman
comes to the hospital,
her heart is already beating,
that's why she comes to the hospital
and the veins stop first.
Because the whole strange situation
signals to the body,
oh, you can't get your child relaxed here,
there's stress here.
So the birth is switched off.
And then the veins are gone
and then you have to wait
for them to come back.
If you have a baby,
then it takes too long,
then a vein drop is attached
and it's pretty painful
if you can't move with the veins,
can't move as intuitively
as you wanted.
Then you offer the woman
painkillers or a PDA.
A PDA, on the other hand,
can lead to the fact that
if the child is not yet well adjusted,
it will lose the lead,
because the pelvic floor
normally offers the lead to the child's head
and the child follows the slightest resistance
and then finds the hole in the middle.
But if the pelvic floor is completely relaxed
by the PDA, then the lead is gone.
Then the head thinks,
where am I now and where do I have to go?
Then it can happen that the child
doesn't really adjust well.
The PDA can also be useful
when the pelvic floor is totally cramped.
But there are of course other ways
to relax the pelvic floor,
but a PDA can also help.
A PDA is a game of chance,
50-50, either the child manages
to adjust well if it hasn't been so far,
then you have the PDA
as the solution.
PDA?
What do you think
are the most important things
you should know about PDA?
It's just not a natural birth,
hormonally not.
The woman does not experience
the same amount of hormones
that she would experience
when the child comes out,
which then has an impact
on breastfeeding and breastfeeding.
If the child is not born
through the vagina,
it does not come into contact
with the maternal bacterial flora
and experiences a different settlement
than in a vaginally born child,
which has an impact on later diseases,
autoimmune diseases, type 1 diabetes,
for example, more often in imperial children.
So that affects the intestinal flora
and the body flora
and health.
How many imperial incisions
are there?
Do you know
how many are really necessary
or where it has to be done
in an emergency?
The WHO says
everything over 10 is not normal,
but the Rockenschaub in Austria
has run a birth clinic
for a while.
He somehow got the Kesselschild rate
to below 2%,
but I also think
that it is very dependent
on how healthy the women are.
The more infections you have
or things like that,
the more problems
you have,
the more risk pregnancy
if you want it that way.
But the WHO defines it
as if over 10%
would not be necessary.
And today we have
33% in Germany,
in some South African countries
much more exorbitantly,
60-70%, so there is
a big difference.
Yes, that is the latest trend
or a trend for several years
that the woman chooses
an appointment for birth
where it is cut out, so to speak.
Yes, exactly, in some countries
it is also really hip,
because then you can choose
the right star sign for the child
by choosing a certain date
and so on.
Yes, exactly,
something like that is
very important.
Maybe you should say
about the topic of birth
or how the staff
affects the woman.
That is also partly
with relatively little empathy, for example.
Yes, the problem is
that they often have a very thin
staff key, so many women
and few midwives who take care of the women.
That has to go away quickly
so that the cycle is free again,
so that the next woman can go in.
Of course, there is also
little time for personal care.
That's unfortunately the case.
Instead, they are all connected to the CTG.
In the best case, you can still
examine all the CTGs of all women
in the midwife's room
and see from a distance
that CTG looks good,
I don't have to jump now.
It is partly very technical
and you rely on the technology
and personally it is less.
Ultimately,
it always depends on the individual person.
There are great midwives everywhere,
but the system also makes people
pretty broken and cynical over time
because it is such a loophole.
Some things are subjected
where it does not have such an influence.
When the doctor says,
now we do an imperial cut
or now we put a vein drop on it
and the midwife doesn't like it.
It's always such an interpersonal thing.
I think the system itself
and all the people involved
either have to become inhuman
and be very robust
or they stop at some point.
Speaking of systems,
the role or the influence
of midwives is also
very strongly attacked.
They have to be careful
not to violate things
that may have been normal before.
That's been the case for a long time.
There has been a huge difference
between midwives and doctors
for hundreds of years.
The doctors have a little more
lobby behind them
and more money to influence.
Especially when it comes to
midwife deliveries,
they are allowed less and less.
They have to pay more and more
and they are allowed less and less.
They are no longer allowed twins.
They are not allowed to have
two weeks after the appointment.
They are not allowed to have
any diagnosis.
If the woman got a diabetes stamp,
she was also kicked out.
They are very much restricted
in what they are allowed to do.
Of course, this is totally
encouraged by the system.
If something happens,
they are immediately involved.
Even if they can't do anything about it.
At birth, there are always things
you can do.
But if something happens at home,
the midwife is to blame.
And then it's her turn.
As if ...
It's illogical, but it's
this illusion to think
the clinic has this safe aura
and if something happens there,
then it happens.
But at home it's totally dangerous
and if something happens there,
it's the midwife's fault.
And that's why there are
a lot of people who do
something like housewarming
because the conditions are so difficult
and the risk for them increases.
Yes, exactly. And financially
it's not worth it at all.
Let's assume
the child is now there.
It was born.
Then it actually
goes straight on.
It goes straight on with the interventions,
with examinations.
What should you know?
What is necessary?
What can you do?
That would be very exciting.
In the clinic or at home?
From my point of view, first the clinic
and then you can do what is different at home.
Yes, in the clinic,
it is typically removed quite quickly.
In the meantime, it has been
raised a bit that you have to remove it immediately.
In the meantime, you often wait
for it to be flushed out,
for the blood to flow automatically.
It's not bad if you point out
that you want that.
And that you also want skin contact.
And the child first on the chest
is usually common.
But the child comes away pretty quickly.
It is weighed and measured.
They just want to get the cycle free.
So we get out of there quickly.
So you do the whole procedure
that you normally do in the cycle.
Weighing and measuring.
But usually the child
comes back to the mother
and then they can get together.
The vitamin K
that is common there,
I don't even know if it still takes place in the cycle room
or a little later.
I think that's different.
To the things you said.
I just lost the thread.
The baby is then weighed directly
and measured.
I'll put it this way,
it wouldn't hurt anyone if it was done later.
No, of course not.
I only weighed my babies the next day
when we were out of bed.
It can happen
that they lose meconium
and then are a little lighter.
Okay, so it's already
actually
very much intervened again
because the machine has to go on.
The natural thing
would be that the child
is with mom and dad,
on the body,
that oxytocin is released,
which probably also has
very positive effects
that it works with breastfeeding.
That can
have a negative effect,
if it is intervened directly
and pressure is applied.
Yes, I don't know.
The right milk injection
comes about three days after the birth.
So first the lactose comes
and then you can practice
until the milk is there,
the right milk.
So that's more the
disturbing factors when the woman
is still in the hospital,
when there is pressure with weighing
and the child is taking it.
And it is in the first three days
up to the milk injection
that not much milk comes
and the child does not take much.
But the woman is often stressed
that the child should drink so and so much
even though in the first three days
it doesn't go as well
as is often expected.
Yes.
You just mentioned vitamin K.
There is
a vitamin K,
which also contains synthetic components,
i.e. non-natural,
which we cannot use at all,
which can also be harmful,
that this is given or
recommended in an extremely
high dosage. I don't have the dosage on the screen now,
but there is someone
who has dealt with it in detail
and he says that it is extremely high
compared to an adult.
That is, more or less
chemical waste
goes into
the body of the baby
and that
could of course also have side effects.
Yes, you could say that.
Vitamin K1 is supposed to
prevent bleeding,
but a vitamin K1 deficiency
is extremely rare.
I always think, if the mother is well cared for,
why should the child be poorly cared for?
But it can rarely happen
that the mother has a vitamin K1 deficiency
and passes it on to the child,
that it leads to bleeding.
It is extremely rare, but that's why
all children are given
prophylactically after birth.
If the mother doesn't say she doesn't want it,
then she can get stressed.
They don't like to accept
when you say you don't want it.
In Germany, it's drops.
And that's artificial vitamin K1.
The problem with vitamin K1
is that it is synthesized
and in the production process
chemical mirror images arise
that the body cannot use.
And they can also be filtered out,
because it is almost identical,
but not quite identical.
And that leads to the fact that
the liver has to take care of it,
the liver has to remove it,
which the body cannot use.
And that can lead to the fact
that the child is more yellow
with such high dosages.
There are also other dosage schemes,
the Dutch method is called
where you can give it in lower doses
over several days.
School medicine is not enthusiastic about it,
because it is said to give a little more
brain bleeding than without,
but these are numbers in the range
of 0.0 something.
The risk is very, very low
in my opinion.
In the past,
silver drops were also recommended.
Is it still relevant
or what should you know about it?
In the past,
silver nitrate was put in the eye
or later on antibiotics
to prevent rare
genital diseases of the mother
that could have passed on to the child
and affect the eyes.
But nowadays you don't do that anymore.
And
I experienced it myself.
The child had a slightly increased temperature
and then it was warned
directly from many sides
or recommended
yes, definitely antibiotics.
On the first day.
I don't think it's a rarity.
I also think that many are nodding
because of course the child is fresh
and it is now recommended
yes, you definitely have to get antibiotics.
And
we didn't do it.
But even we, who are
more against electricity
and are on the road
with natural science,
also had to discuss and think about
what you should know about this.
Unfortunately, this is very common.
The child comes into the world,
the child is doing great,
but some laboratory value is not quite right.
That's enough.
It was the same with my sister.
It went great.
Some inflammation value was increased.
Then the pediatrician stood on the mat
and wanted to take the child
to the neo-ITS and a week of antibiotics.
Pistol to the chest.
The parents don't expect that.
It's like an attack.
I've experienced it so often.
The parents are happy,
the baby is there, they are relaxed
and suddenly the Spanish infusion comes
and wants to take the child with her.
Then it's pumped up with antibiotics,
even though it's actually going well.
This is often the case
that after a long birth,
the laboratory values
may increase a little
or that the child
also shows a little touch.
But in most cases,
the child can regulate it himself.
But the Spanish infusion is totally afraid
of rare newborn infections.
We were told,
it goes very fast,
and then the child is super bad.
That's why you react so exaggeratedly
to the slightest indication of an infection
and want to shoot it with antibiotics.
I have no idea.
I haven't examined
the studies yet.
It seems so exaggerated to me.
I've experienced it so often with parents
who told me that
right after birth,
because of some values,
they took the child away
and got antibiotics.
They wrote to me
and wanted to take the child away
because of this and that.
Then I looked again.
They kept the child
and made a deal with them.
We'll do another blood test in six hours
and check the value.
The value was fine, of course.
But it's very often
that the parents are so overwhelmed
and don't even check
what happens
until the child is pumped up
and the blood is pumped up.
It's really crazy.
With devastating consequences.
Yes.
The microbiome is flattened
once.
It's unbelievable.
Let's go on with the time stream.
We assume
that everyone
has returned home
if they haven't been home yet.
And now it's time for bed.
What do you think
is the most important thing
and what are
the official recommendations?
And what are
your recommendations?
On the weekend, the woman
is not treated properly.
As soon as the child is out,
she is no longer of interest.
This is my observation.
The prenatal care
stops with the birth.
Then maybe the midwife
comes and makes sure
that the child is left alone.
This is my observation.
And in the weekend bed,
what has already started
in pregnancy,
the woman has to learn
to stand up for herself.
If she hasn't learned
to say no to visitors
and to listen to her intuition,
to realize that this is too much.
Especially in the weekend bed,
the whole hormone change,
disturbed nights.
First of all, you are very busy
with yourself and the baby.
Everything else is too much.
But if you swallow it down,
as you were taught,
and don't say,
no visitors,
bring me a soup and get out of here.
If you can't set clear limits,
then you feel pretty bad.
You can't learn that early enough.
To take your own limits,
to listen to your own intuition
and to communicate it well.
And to get help.
Before the weekend bed even starts,
before the birth,
to think about how you want to do it
in the weekend bed.
Especially if you already have children.
My husband is totally overwhelmed.
I need someone to cook at least.
And then I think,
who could cook for me?
It is definitely good
to have support.
To think about it beforehand
and not just sit there
and think,
what am I doing with all this?
It's good to think about it beforehand
and plan,
so you can sink into the nest
with your baby and enjoy it.
And with nutrition,
as before and during pregnancy,
it is also important
to pay attention
to high-quality food
and a good nutrient supply.
Because of course the birth process
and breastfeeding
also cost the woman a lot.
Exactly.
It is often something that falls behind.
If that is not considered,
then there is pizza and something fast,
because the man is also overwhelmed with cooking
and the woman can't because she is in the weekend bed.
And then the nutrition is super bad
and breastfeeding demands a lot from the woman.
She left a lot of energy
during the birth.
And if the nutrition is bad,
it quickly leads to
the teeth decaying.
This is a typical thing in breastfeeding.
The body then takes the nutrients somewhere
and if they are not fed,
it exploits the body
to get it.
And that doesn't have to be.
You can prevent that.
Then I would like to
talk to you
about the placenta smoothie.
What exactly
is it all about?
Maybe as an explanation.
There are some animals
where the mother
consumes parts of the placenta
because there are
a lot of nutrients in it
so that she can reintroduce them.
And also the hormones
that are in there
can support the
process well after the birth.
What can you say about that?
Yes, you can do that.
I've thought about it before,
but I'm fine after the birth.
I always thought the placenta was so beautiful
that I didn't dare to cut it off.
But the women who made it
and ate it,
the hormones probably have a
stabilizing effect on the days
after the birth,
where you have a hormone waste
and you feel the hormone waste
pretty strongly.
You can use it as a support.
You can make a smoothie,
just a piece of the placenta
and then you put other things in it.
It's not just a placenta smoothie.
You can also let it dry
and fill it in capsules.
You can do a lot with it.
You can make medicine out of it,
I think homoeopathy too.
You can do a lot with it.
You should probably think about it
beforehand.
What else happens to the placenta?
Is it still asked
in the hospital
or is it simply turned away?
Normally,
they don't ask the women,
they just take it away.
If the woman says she wants to take the placenta with her,
the woman is often looked at
in a strange way.
At home, of course, you can do
whatever you want with it.
We always planted a tree on it.
Then it was gone and served as fertilizer.
Then you always have a little memory of it.
Okay.
I'm almost at the end
of my questions.
I have one big question left.
How would society
change
if there were more natural pregnancies
and births?
There would be more strong families
and more self-confident mothers and children,
I would say,
who would go their own way
and would not be so easy to manipulate.
What you can see
in this time is
that it is definitely
not a bad idea
to deal very intensively
with the topic of pregnancy
and births
if the family planning has not yet been completed.
Then you will find
a lot of helpful information
in your books and on your channel.
And I also found it very exciting
in this interview
that you shared
all your knowledge and experience
and also
that you are basically
swimming against the current.
What you said
deviates
from the common
teaching or
from the common practices,
modern practices, very much.
But it's more about
getting back to the origin,
to the natural.
And yes,
I find it very important
that people get this information.
And as you said,
this would probably
benefit a lot in our society.
Exactly, it is not desired.
That's why it is not promoted.
But everyone can make
their own decisions.
Exactly.
I will link your page
and your channel below.
There you will find
many more offers from Sarah
for books and what else you do.
And you also
documented your
births
by video.
You can also see that on your channel.
So for those who want to watch it
so that they may also get
a different view
than what is shown
in series and films.
It is always presented
relatively differently.
And that's why we think it's like that.
Maybe it's a good contrast
to deal with it.
Thank you very much
for the interview
and maybe see you next time.
All right, bye!
