There we have a figure from the year 2023, from April.
It says that about 40 million antibiotics packages are prescribed annually in Germany.
I'll take it right away.
So I always get sick when I see how many antibiotics are required by mothers who are addicted to huge fear issues.
When I see that the general practitioners who prescribe over 50 percent of the antibiotics,
I could imagine that 95 percent of them are superfluous.
Then you suddenly realize that in the guidelines for at least 10 years,
no antibiotics are recommended at all.
And since then they have no access to it anymore, that there is still a body under the head,
which is also massively influenced by the effects of the antibiotics.
Welcome to today's interview.
My name is Jürgen Schumann and I am interviewing Dr. Ingfried Hobart on the subject of antibiotics.
Ingfried is a full-time doctor with focus points such as TCM or traditional Tibetan medicine.
He also embodies the term ethno-medicine and has also written many books on various health issues.
And what is also very exciting, he already wrote his doctoral thesis on intestinal health a few decades ago.
And therefore it is of course very fitting that we are talking about the topic of antibiotics today.
Ingfried, first of all, nice to have you with us.
And maybe you can say a little more about your work and your career before we talk about the topic of antibiotics.
Yes, I greet you, hello.
Yes, I was only in the hospital for five years and in intensive care medicine, cardiology and surgery.
And of course I got to know the use of antibiotics,
but also saw the many collateral damage that the antibiotics cause.
And that has now taken on an extent that we can no longer accept.
And we are asked to really look for alternatives,
because what is happening here is threatening us all in an incredible way.
And most people are still not aware of this.
And after my hospital education, I decided to look at other cultures as well.
How do other cultures deal with the topic of health and illness?
Which high-dose healing plants are used in a much higher dose than in our country?
So that you can also achieve measurable good results.
And this is what the field of ethnomedicine has developed worldwide in the last 50 years.
Where you look at what you can get out of the healing knowledge,
from the treasure chest of what people have experienced for the benefit of their social community in the last thousand years.
What can you use best here today?
What is really useful and what is a real alternative to antibiotics?
In the previous conversation, we have already looked at the current number.
And there we have a number from the year 2023, from April.
That means it was published only recently.
And it says that about 40 million antibiotics packages are prescribed annually in Germany.
Or were prescribed last year.
What do you say about this number?
It's just unbelievable.
And I'll take it right away.
So I always get sick when I see how many antibiotics are required by mothers
who are addicted to huge fear issues.
And who, out of sheer fear and lack of trust in life, in themselves, in healthy nutrition and all these things,
require antibiotics from the doctor.
So it's not just the doctor who is here in a huge fear field and thinks he should always do the maximum.
But here a medical fear field meets a fear field of the patient.
And what comes out of it triggers collateral damage,
which is far more widespread than you think.
Because we have to think not only about the health side effects of antibiotics,
but also that these are raw materials that are taken from our planet.
These are chemicals that come from different countries.
In China, especially, and in India, Islamabad, also Pakistan,
90% of all antibiotics are made with catastrophic environmental effects in the countries there.
So hundreds of kilometers away from the production sites,
you can find the antibiotic residues in the drinking water that is produced.
So the production process is incredibly time-consuming and has catastrophic environmental damage in other parts of the world.
You wouldn't be allowed to do that here, because it's so complicated to produce the antibiotics.
But we, or the people who take antibiotics, like Smarties with flu and so on,
it's completely ridiculous what happens there.
They separate it again via urine and stool.
That means it gets into our circulation and can't be neutralized in the bladder in the way that many would like.
And then there's the fact that animals get antibiotics,
which is a much higher amount that is fed to animals.
If an animal gets sick in the stable, the whole stable has to get the antibiotic.
And here we also have a situation where veterinarians directly earn money and can sell antibiotics.
And these antibiotics then also come into our bodies, release resistances,
and antibiotics have less and less effect.
That means they are taken even though there is no longer any great effect to expect,
because we are already so multi-resistant that they are no longer useful.
So it has a lot of areas that we can all look at in detail.
Very, very exciting.
You already hinted at the fear issue.
I can tell you a personal story of mine.
When our child was born, the temperature was measured on the first day.
It was slightly increased and we were advised from various places,
in any case, to take antibiotics on the first day of life,
because the temperature was minimally increased.
We then decided against it despite a lot of pressure.
And what was the result?
After an hour, the temperature had normalized again.
It was simply because in the summer the ambient temperature was perhaps a little too high.
And after an hour the temperature was normal again, or after two hours.
And compared to that, what would happen to a child if you gave him an antibiotic on the first day?
That's a colossal damage, isn't it?
It is a medical art mistake in my opinion.
This is preserved in special situations where blood tests show that there is sepsis,
i.e. a blood poisoning due to an accident or any other traumatic event.
In such extreme cases, you can certainly take a risk-taking measure.
But it is mainly Swedish studies that have found that
if a child gets antibiotics in the first three months of life,
it has an effect on the intestinal microbiome, which is so serious that these people,
and this is really a huge study that has been done,
because the Swedes were already collecting digital data very early on,
they actually found that the probability of having depression at the age of 30
is increased by around 200.
Because the microbiome, if it is not built up intact in the first months of life,
even in the first three years of life, antibiotics are completely contraindicated,
really preserved in special emergencies,
because the long-term effects on the microbiome are catastrophic,
because the body is then triptophaned by the damage,
which is then later used as a sleep hormone, as melatonin,
or as a satisfaction hormone, as serotonin,
is no longer sufficiently formed and available,
with effects that last a lifetime.
And the bad thing is that it is ignored that we have an immune system,
that was even discussed in the pandemic,
even by the laywoman, who is actually a doctor,
who should have learned in the first semester that we have an immune system
and that we can strengthen it.
That was discussed, so to speak, that we have self-healing powers
and that we can only hide behind the sofa and have to hide behind masks.
Of course, all of this went backwards.
The body needs these micro-challenges, these small challenges,
in order to build a healthy defense system.
And that is extremely, extremely important.
The work is taken away with the antibiotic,
and that has really catastrophic effects on children,
which are now very, very well proven,
but, strangely enough, have not yet reached the pediatricians,
who still prescribe fever-reducing drugs.
Zitamol juices, especially here in southern European countries.
It is completely incomprehensible why this is not realized.
The realization is that a fever reaction is a natural mechanism of a good defense system
and that the fever is something that is not only super healing for the moment,
but also allows a healthy immune system to be created in the long term,
so that you do not suffer from autoimmune diseases later.
We see that autoimmune diseases are currently exploding,
with Hashimoto, with the various food allergies,
with all the skin diseases, with colitis, the intestinal inflammation.
These are all consequences of long-term damage caused by antibiotics,
because no stable microbiome has been able to build up.
You have already mentioned or indicated various side effects.
Of course, that the intestinal flora or the microbiome is damaged
and that this can also lead to depression, autoimmune diseases,
intolerances and so on.
Let's go through the list of side effects a little more,
or represent the connections.
We have the basic mechanism, the basic effect mechanism,
that antibiotics cannot select between good and bad
and therefore a considerable part or a relevant part
of the good intestinal bacteria is killed.
What kind of rat tail is behind it?
First of all, you have to see that we have ten times as many bacteria
in our system, i.e. microorganisms, as we have body cells at all.
Our body is constantly moving,
because something is moving everywhere and we need that.
But that is part of our entire organism.
We consist of these bacterial fractions.
We have a microbiome not only in the oral cavity,
but also in the lungs, in the bladder, in the kidneys.
We have a microbiome everywhere, not just in the intestine.
And this microbiome has tasks.
It has tasks for defense.
Hormones are even formed and so on.
And if an antibiotic is used here,
then we have to assume that 5 to 15 percent of the entire microbiome
is damaged.
And therefore you have to weigh exactly
in which special exception cases
you really accept this collateral damage.
And that is very, very regrettable
that so many medical colleagues do not have this knowledge
about this collateral damage.
5 to 15 percent, you said, of the entire microbiome
is negatively affected.
The question is, let's say, I'm 30 years old now,
I haven't done any statistics, but I would say
that I feel like I've done it ten times in my life
until I'm 20 years old.
Because then I woke up, so to speak,
feeling like I've already had an antibiotic 5 to 10 times.
That means, yes, that's maybe even an exponential effect, right?
So it's not 1 plus 1, then 2, but it could also be 3 or 4.
Can you see it that way?
Well, it regenerates again.
It's like they say, if someone has taken an antibiotic,
it takes about a year
and the immune system has regenerated by 90 percent.
The last 10 percent are broken.
But about 90 percent of the regeneration power is there.
And that's enough to be able to live well.
That's not dramatic either.
But it has an effect on the overall situation.
If the microbiome has so many tasks to do in the body,
especially when it comes to the immune system,
we have a severe damage to the immune system.
Everyone who has taken antibiotics once
because of a slight cold,
they are often surprised that three or four weeks later
they have the same cold again.
Because we just have an intervention
that massively weakens the defense.
And until it has regenerated,
it really takes at least a year.
And as I said, it only regenerates about 90 percent.
If you don't do anything.
Yes, if you don't do anything,
we can talk about what you can do later.
And I would add a little more to the classic side effects,
which is also relatively common, for example,
are things like mushrooms, also fungus.
Because they are not attacked by the antibiotic
and can spread more when the microbiome is weakened.
Can you simplify that?
Exactly, that's how you can say it.
So we have certain bacterial fractions
that only have the task of making other intruding microorganisms harmless
and at the same time producing substances
that protect the defense system all around again.
And if they are not present in sufficient form,
then parasites and fungi can spread massively.
Then we have a group of overweight and diabetes.
Can this be explained in such a way
that there are certain intestinal bacteria
that also play a certain role in terms of nutrient use,
perhaps also in relation to insulin and blood sugar fluctuations?
And if they are no longer so strongly represented,
can that also cause problems?
We also know that in the development of diabetes,
the microbiome plays a very important role.
But also the other intestinal diseases,
such as polio, ulcerative colitis, morbus chrome,
even the blind inflammation,
result from the fact that the microbiome
no longer works properly in its defense
and thus forms toxins in the wormhole,
which then lead to it being clogged and can inflame.
And I used to collect parts of my doctoral thesis studies from Sri Lanka.
That is, under the rural population of Sri Lanka,
there is no blind intestinal inflammation,
no intestinal cancer, no ulcerative colitis,
no ulcerative colitis, no clogging,
because the meat content there was only 2%.
After 90%, ballast substances were eaten.
This ensures a constant flow in the intestinal womb.
There is no clogging that then leads to inflammation.
And there the microbiome really works flawlessly.
When the pandemic happened, I was in the Maasai for four weeks in Tanzania
to find out why there was no COVID in the Maasai,
whether this is really the case.
And there I also brought test tubes.
And it turned out that this diet under the Maasai
is very, very simple,
but it does lead to a super strong diversity of the microbiome
and thus a very excellent defensive power.
They also have an animal product to a certain extent.
So it's much higher than 2% in Sri Lanka, isn't it?
Much higher, yes.
They have their goats.
There are goats that are eaten every day,
but they eat vegetarian food from the savannah.
So also a very natural cycle.
Diseases do not play a role through meat
because everything is natural and wild, wild-growing and wild-protected.
Okay.
Then we also have this whole symptom complex, depression,
you have already indicated, fears, psychosis,
there are also connections.
Can this also be explained by the fact
that there is a brain axis in the intestine
and that it can simply be massively disturbed?
Very good, yes.
We have a stomach brain,
we have a heart brain and a brain in the head.
The heart brain with its 40,000 neurons is always underestimated,
namely the coronary artery, the cardiovascular system,
which develops from this area, is a huge topic.
But above all, the stomach-brain axis is structured
so that 90% of the nerve fibers,
by the way, vagus nerve fibers, run from the stomach to the head.
There are over 100 million nerve cells
and that means that the quality of what we let into our body,
the quality of what is digested down there,
also significantly determines how clear we are in our heads,
how we perceive things,
what feelings and thoughts arise from it
and what actions follow from it,
which then also form our fate.
So there is much more going on in the intestine than you think.
And when antibiotics destroy the intestinal microbiome here,
tryptophan is removed from the body
and thus a whole cascade of creativity,
of visionary, foreseeing thinking is regularly blocked
because the necessary hormones in the intestine
are then not formed in the way it should be.
These are very exciting effects.
The intestine is almost a transcendental organ
when it comes to being very awake, very present with a strong vagus nerve
and also thoughts, feelings like fullness, gratitude, satisfaction
for what you have and may be.
All these things arise, and that is really very exciting,
also through the interaction of the intestinal brain and the cerebellum.
And the intestinal brain controls much more of our perception than we believe.
And if we then eat animals that come from the mass-animal diet,
where we eat the fear hormones and all these things,
then it is no wonder that panic attacks are also exploding in this world,
that depressions are so pronounced.
And then it comes to the fact that they are also antibiotics
and cause resistance in our system,
so that we would no longer be able to take the antibiotics
that we could take due to these resistances.
That is, if it comes to really life-threatening diseases later,
which you can definitely get in the hospital,
then suddenly there is no more antibiotic that works,
because people have already taken so many different types of antibiotics
because of so much meat consumption,
that they are simply resistant.
That is later the curse of meat consumption,
that a situation may happen to you
that you have to go to the hospital because of something,
catch a multi-resistant germ there,
and then there is no more antibiotic that works.
You have already visited some naturopaths,
and they probably also have this inner strength,
this presence, but also this gratitude,
because they have a healthy gut, right?
What you just mentioned, the mechanism,
is probably also a pillar, consciously or unconsciously,
which leads to the fact that you still stand in life with these attributes.
Absolutely, that is the big advantage of survival,
but unfortunately we can only speak of the people
who still live far from the cities
and have not adapted to junk food,
which is now seeping through all parts of the earth.
So to find schools where there is no car next to it,
where chips from Dubai are sold,
that is getting more and more difficult.
We also see how this infiltration of bad food
into the schools of children,
especially in African and Asian countries,
how diabetes explodes there
and how much disinterest there is in the individual states
to send them a rule somewhere,
which would not be so difficult.
That is definitely a concerning development.
And again, back to the initial number,
40 million antibiotic packages are prescribed annually in Germany,
also with all the knowledge that you have already conveyed in the conversation
regarding the side effects.
How many of them, from your point of view,
an estimate, are really necessary?
I think when I see that the general practitioners
who prescribe more than 50% of the antibiotics,
then I could imagine that 95% are superfluous.
And that's a huge number.
If you look at the guidelines for colds,
you will find that guidelines are the legal requirements worldwide
that are made and you suddenly realize
that in the guidelines for at least 10 years
no antibiotics are recommended at all
in case of flu disease,
in case of middle ear inflammation,
in case of nasal septal inflammation.
Antibiotics have been taken out for a long time.
That means the doctors who prescribe this now
are, as I said, in a fear field
that is nourished by the fear of the patient
who wants to get help as soon as possible.
And the doctor serves in a place
where it would actually not be necessary,
but he has no knowledge of what else he could give.
We have so many alternatives in the treasure chest
of the world medicine pharmacy,
in the ethnomedicine pharmacy,
that we can point out here without further ado
that something else can also be given.
And then without side effects or with positive side effects, so to speak.
Exactly, and that is my approach,
especially in my practice at Steinhuder Meer,
where I have been active for over 35 years
and always have to try to find the best way for every patient.
And that's an approach I call the probiotic approach.
That means we try to get a patient to us for a cure week.
Then it's not about working against something,
working antibiotics against life.
We don't work against pain in the joints,
but we work for a free mobility of the joints.
We don't work against bacteria,
but we work for a strong self-healing power,
for good self-regulation,
for a good vagus tonus,
which as a conductor of self-healing is then able to
compensate for imbalance and disturbance in the balance of the body.
So the probiotic approach means that the healthy is strengthened
and the sick, i.e. what penetrates from the outside,
we also said back then in the pandemic,
it is never, and this is an old wisdom from microbiology,
it is never the danger or intensity of a pathogen
that leads to a disease,
but it is always the environment in which the pathogen hits.
If the environment is strong, the most dangerous pathogen has no chance.
If the environment is weak in imbalance or something is missing in the environment,
then the pathogen can penetrate.
So the environment decides whether something penetrates or not.
And we have seen how many people have remained healthy in the pandemic.
You can also ask, what did they actually do differently,
those who remained healthy?
And then you will find that they may not have washed their hands all the time,
that they were not constantly wearing a mask,
but that they have exposed themselves to a permanent stimulus,
as I did, for example, in my practice,
which led to the fact that I didn't get a corona at all.
Yes, very exciting connections,
of which, unfortunately, almost nothing was reported in the mainstream media,
as you said.
The topic of the environment, the topic of the immune system,
has then practically no longer existed.
And of course, I also think an important factor,
at least in the end, whether people have become ill or not,
also has to do with whether they have had a gene-therapeutic injection administered or not.
That has also caused some damage.
Again briefly about the numbers,
or you said many doctors do not stick to the guidelines,
even there it is already in there,
and you also said, you think 95% of the antibiotics that are prescribed
could actually be saved.
I have found a few more numbers,
in the US in 2014, 60% of all neck pain patients
got an antibiotic prescribed.
And also in Germany,
numbers from the German Cancer Institute from 2010,
40% of the patients got an antibiotic.
Whereby you have to say that this is mostly related to viral infections,
or this symptomatology?
That comes with it.
So out of fear that a super infection could occur at some point,
you prescribe an antibiotic against viruses.
And that in itself is already a madness,
which should certainly be mentioned.
And I just have to say that,
because I just don't have the words
when I see how dentists deal with antibiotics.
That's completely unbelievable.
Even in my time, we operated on the open stomach,
we operated on the open heart,
and did not prescribe any antibiotics.
Dentists today prescribe antibiotics
prophylactically,
if they only clean the teeth,
or pull teeth.
That's just completely unbelievable to me,
completely incomprehensible.
How you can lose the collateral damage
so easily as a dentist,
that they really,
maybe this is just an anecdote,
but I can still remember the anatomy course,
where we had to prepare the bodies.
Those were all great challenges for us,
to see something like that for the first time,
and then to put a knife on it.
And at some point the dentists showed up,
and I'll tell you directly how it is.
The heads were cut off,
and the dentists went with the heads,
and in the evening they went to the next room
and prepared the heads.
And since then,
I don't seem to have access to it anymore,
that there is still a body under the head,
which is also massively influenced
by the effects of antibiotics.
It is of course also very exciting
that for decades,
or still partly,
antibiotics,
or in other forms,
have been introduced directly into the mouth.
Namely, mercury in amalgam fillings
also has a strong antibiotic effect.
And if I have that in there
and it gives off something again and again,
or if it is taken out wrongly again,
for example with me,
I didn't tolerate any food afterwards
and only had stomach aches for months,
because mercury also has a very strong antibiotic effect,
and can also, for example,
support the liver.
I also find it worth mentioning,
at least in this context here.
One last number that I found,
which is also appropriate,
because you said you also look at the patient individually,
you look diagnostically,
okay, what can you do,
you also take stool samples.
And I also found a number
that in 95% of cases,
doctors prescribe antibiotics
without having to,
for example,
to clarify
whether it would be theoretically effective at all.
How do you see it?
In a serious case,
could you clarify
whether it would make sense at all?
You could do that,
but it doesn't change the fact
that we naturally
have a really good immune system.
And that is able
to dissolve
all bacteria,
that is,
to bring things back into balance.
And if the food is only somewhat balanced,
if you take enough ballast,
if you have enough
Omega 3 in your blood,
this is a very, very important parameter,
if you also have enough vitamin D in your blood,
then you can treat
any cold with natural remedies.
And natural remedies are no longer understandable
like in the past,
that you drink a little Hagebuten tea
or a little fennel or peppermint tea.
We know today exactly
what the ingredients
of the large medicinal plants are
and how much of these ingredients
you have to take
to have an effect
that strengthens the body's own defense
so that the body
brings the mechanisms into place
by its own strength
to fight a virus.
There are good alternatives
and if we bring them
to the point here,
we have the probiotics on one side
that build up the intestinal flora.
It is important
that you should always make sure
that they are micro-capsulated probiotics,
i.e. not just powder or drops,
but micro-capsulated means
that they are so encapsulated
that they are only released
in thin steam in the body
and do not go through the stomach acid.
There is the intestinal strength,
for example,
lactobacillus, bifidobacteria,
chicory extract and zinc,
a recipe that
probiotically strengthens the system.
And then of course we have
the many berries.
We know that the extracts
and ingredients
that we have in berries,
I'm thinking of acai,
aronia, baobab,
cranberry, acerola,
of course,
these berry ingredients
also have the effect
that they can kill pathogens
and heat certain immune factors
in a way
similar to what vitamin C
and vitamin D can do,
so that we can
significantly strengthen
the body in its self-reorganization
and thus be able to
cope with diseases,
flu symptoms
in a much shorter time
than antibiotics could.
And as I said,
I am now almost
talking down to antibiotics
because the resistances
have simply become so incredibly large.
Okay, that would have been
my next question.
What natural alternatives are there?
You now have
probiotics or
berry extracts.
Are there any other medicinal plants
or medicinal plant extracts
or combinations of those
Immune power is a recipe
that I recommend to my medical colleagues
when I train doctors at the medical chamber.
Immune power are now
the best berries on our planet
in a capsule.
We then have the best enzymes.
They are called enzyme power,
i.e. enzymes from pineapple,
papaya, fig,
quercetin from guava.
These are enzymes that all
support the defense forces
and make a significant contribution
to strengthening the system.
And of course omega-3.
We know that omega-3 from algae,
the vegan algae oil
with the EPA and DHA fatty acids
also has a strong inflammatory
effect.
And then of course the big topic
of Arabian desert medicine,
if you will.
The Arabian medicinal plants,
which are also mentioned in the Bible.
These are the very large medicinal plants
from the treasure chest
of world medicine.
Cucumber,
incense, ginger, black cumin,
myrrh, these are all the medicinal plants
that we use especially
in all autoimmune diseases
where the immune system
has fallen out of balance.
Hashimoto, colitis, rheumatism,
cancer.
This is a so-called inflammatory complex
that contains
these most important medicinal plants.
And of course we do,
especially in my practice,
we always check everything
via blood tests,
because here we see
how inflammatory,
how autoimmune inflammatory,
but also how the intestinal
microbiome changes
through the admission of this
high-dose natural medicine.
So that you can always prove
that what you do
also has a visible effect.
Nature
is immense and we can use it
and we don't have to
take this really
environmentally toxic
antibiotics.
This is not necessary.
It remains
preserved and there are really special
cases that should only be
assessed in the hospital.
And I think
there are clear
indications where you
can weigh this risk and benefit accordingly.
What do you say about the topic
that someone
here in Germany
has probably never had
contact or in the last
centuries,
with oriental healing plants?
Do they still have the same
effect as if I now
had oriental genetics?
So I know
what you mean.
We have the situation
that I believe that our food
should be what we
consume every day.
That should come from the area,
from the region where we live.
Not only for ecological reasons,
but that also fits
our development,
our body chemistry.
What we consume every day
should also correspond
to our genetic basic structure.
But what concerns medicine
is that we have to intervene from the outside
into the system to achieve something.
And where we can measure this very well,
via laboratory values,
especially in chair examinations,
sputum examinations,
where we can also see a lot.
We just have to say
that we can take that out of the treasure chest
of world medicine,
what has proven best
in the corresponding cultures there.
And that over the millennia,
especially in Chinese medicine,
that from generation to generation
only what has proven itself
is passed on.
And what didn't work,
I don't tell my son
and my successor.
I only tell what is successful.
That means that over the millennia
a real knowledge of healing
has developed on our planet
with the best,
which is passed on
to the next generation
with good conscience.
What has been filtered again
and new experiences come to us
and what is proven is passed on,
what is not, comes out.
And that's why we have
an experience treasure here that we can use.
And of course,
where it is very unfair
if a medical school
that can look back 50, 60 years
says that it's all nonsense
what people have found out over 5,000 years
and only counts what we can make money with today.
Only that counts
and we can't allow it politically
and let it pass through the needle eye.
Only that counts,
but everything else is nonsense.
That's not true.
We have scientific studies,
Kurkuma, 11,000 studies
in highly qualified journals
that confirm the effect of Kurkuma.
Incredible form,
the dopamine,
that's something very special.
But it will never be recognized
as medicine,
because there is no patent on Kurkuma
for a pharmaceutical company.
That's right.
There will be no medicine from it.
That's why it will never be paid
from any health insurance.
It's the same with Broccoli.
Sulforaphane from Broccoli,
a wonderful remedy
for cancer,
which is very, very well studied,
especially in animal trials,
in the murder of Sulforaphane.
But we can talk about it
because the world community
agreed on it years ago
under the pressure
of the pharmaceutical industry,
that only through the needle eye
of drug approval
can there be a patent.
That means it has to be invented
in a chemical way.
And what comes out of nature
can still be so well researched.
We will never find the recognition
that we want.
That means we need
a fundamental change
of the health system.
Maybe from a disease system
to a real health system.
But I'm still a bit skeptical.
It will probably take a few more years,
decades.
Until then, we have no choice
but to take our own responsibility,
to acquire knowledge,
to acquire this awareness
for the health sector
and then to take
responsibility.
Or to work together
with the right professional.
You said it correctly,
but I want to say again
what I said at the beginning.
The fear of the person
who is in his sympathetic mode,
who is in constant fear,
now heated again by war
and all the inflation and all the things.
Don't be afraid, be stupid,
they say.
Who is in sympathetic mode
and only has a very weak vagus tonus,
has to keep good contact with himself,
to be good in his environment,
to be well anchored in himself.
And if a patient who is full of fear
meets a doctor who is just as full of fear,
that he does not do the maximum
for his patients.
We have to be on the safe side.
That's the favorite sentence of a doctor.
He has to be on the safe side
that nothing happens to him.
So one fear field comes to the other
and what comes out of it
is often
something very weird,
which does not really bring us forward in evolution,
which rather throws us back,
triggers a lot of collateral damage.
And I stand for a medicine
of hope
and trust.
This medicine of hope
and trust is based
on a system,
as you rightly say,
that starts with us.
And we are here in Forfus.
There are six, seven large spiritual centers
where different communities
work intensively on
what a medicine of the future
can look like.
Namely, it is based on retreat,
on techniques that help us
to get in touch with us again.
Through meditation,
through yoga,
through the corresponding retreat
breathing techniques,
then of course singing, dancing,
mantra medicine.
I remember my last book here,
which also shows how important it is
to rebuild this inner anchor,
this inner sovereignty.
And then we see exactly
what is good for us,
what is not good for us.
Then we automatically
change our diet accordingly.
And then we see what we need,
what we don't need.
Then we have a completely different resonance field
regarding natural medicine.
And then we also find the right
healing plants, the right doctors
and then only at the very last
point, at the very last point,
can the chemical medicine
and the end of the disease come.
That's the idea.
I think the approach is very, very good.
Unfortunately, this will not be
broadcast in the daily show,
but please share the video,
maybe we can reach a few people with it.
Very, very briefly,
if someone has now taken
antibiotics several times,
maybe it's only a few weeks ago,
there are different side effects
that we have just discussed.
What do you suggest,
what general hints would you have for someone
who now says, okay, I notice
my gut flora is no longer working
as before, what can I do now?
Are there a few steps you can take?
Maybe also with a diagnosis,
what would you give as a final tip?
So the easiest thing is
to take probiotics.
I had just mentioned gut strength
Omega 3, the Omega 3 oil,
Omega 3 Plus is an oil
that in this case is
oiled with turmeric.
This is important for the gut flora,
this is also important for
the immune system.
Omega 3 Plus and gut strength,
that would be such a basis.
If you want to go into diagnostics now,
you can do a microbiome analysis
and then see
how badly the microbiome is damaged.
You just talked about Ligigat,
the permeable gut.
There are not only hop or top,
there are different degrees of permeable gut,
from 0 to 100,
where you can see how permeable the gut is.
Then you can use the appropriate
probiotics again.
Otherwise, I would like to remind you,
when it comes to colds,
immune power,
enzyme power and
inflammatory complex,
inflammation-stabilizing,
fire-extinguishing measures,
and of course all of this
in conjunction with a diet
that completely dispenses with milk,
sugar, meat.
Especially in the time when you are sick,
you should really take a lot of
fire-extinguishing agents with you.
We need 80 grams of fire-extinguishing agents
a day so that the gut can work properly.
Minimum 80 grams,
that's really a big handful of vegetables.
That's just super important.
And then of course,
I say in summer 4000 units,
in winter 7000 units
vitamin D to protect yourself well.
And make sure that you take
three times a gram of vitamin C
in case of a cold.
Then you are
very well prepared.
I wanted to ask you earlier,
what do you say,
how often should you go to the toilet
per day or per week?
What is a normal frequency?
We have to go to the toilet once a day.
If that doesn't work,
something is wrong in the diet.
If you have constipation,
if you have diarrhea, if you have constipation,
you don't have to take medicine for that long,
but change something in the diet
until it fits.
Yes, and there are probably many of us
who only go to the toilet once a week
and think that's normal.
But then, especially with all the content
from this interview, you can understand
that it can't be that beneficial
for overall health
if everything gets stuck.
Thank you very much, Ingrid.
I found it very, very exciting
to look at this topic of antibiotics
in such a holistic way.
I think the message has been conveyed
and the links
to your practice
and also to
the page where there are
the discussed
products
from ethnohealth
I will link in the description
and I'm already looking forward to our next interview.
Thank you very much.
Yes, thank you.
Okay, see you next time.
Bye.
