Peach Gum Dessert | 桃胶甜点

Peach Gums look like jewels, they have a neutral taste and jellylike texture, some soft, some chewy gummy. Peach gum is resin from Chinese Peach Trees. This is a very simple recipe, using only basic ingredients. You can always add other ingredients like ginkgo, white fungus etc
Peach Gum dessert is quite popular during Chinese New Year in Malaysia. If you like jelly and Chinese Tong Sui, you have to try this!

Ingredients:
75 grams peach gum
25 grams longan
10-12 red dates
2 pandan leaves
120-180 grams rock sugar
2500 ml water

25克龙眼
10-12个红枣
2片香兰叶
120-180克冰糖
2500 毫升水
