Hello, this is Historian Doppogi.
Central Asia has a history that the world doesn't pay much attention to.
It's the town of Stans.
But ironically, Central Asia is also a place that stimulates mysteriousness and curiosity.
Central Asian Stans are a country built by nomads in the past.
If you say nomads today, it's a bit different, right?
That's why Central Asian countries seem to be more attractive.
In this video, we will look at the history of Kyrgyzstan, one of Central Asia.
First of all, the meaning of Stans is the land of someone.
Therefore, the name of the country of Kyrgyzstan can be interpreted as the land of Kyrgyz people.
Kyrgyz people are nomads as well.
Like most nomads in Central Asia, they are a Turkic nation.
However, the birthplace of the Kyrgyz people was not the land of Kyrgyzstan.
Their birthplace was in the Yenisei River in the north of Mongolia, in the south of the Siberian continent.
The Kyrgyz people, who lived in the south of the Siberian continent,
were dominated by the Huns when they conquered the Mongolian prairie.
When they conquered the Yuans, they were dominated by the Yuans.
When they were in control of the Dolgols, they were dominated by the Dolgols.
The Huns and Yuans were of a different race from the Kyrgyz people,
and the Dolgols were of the same Turkic race.
In China, all other Turkic races except the Dolgols were known as Chaluk,
so the Kyrgyz people were recognized as one of the Chaluk branches.
However, the Kyrgyz people are different from other Chaluk Turkic races,
and they look more like East Asians than Central Asians.
The Yenisei River, the birthplace of the Kyrgyz people, is closer to Mongolia than Central Asia,
so it is genetically close to East Asians,
but culturally, it was dominated by the Dolgols and became a certain Turkic branch.
However, the Dolgol Empire was destroyed by the attack of Tang Taichung during the Tang Dynasty.
Tang Taichung implemented a secret policy of indirect rule through the Dohobu or Dodogbu system for the nomads and minorities,
but the Kyrgyz people were dominated by the Gyeokgon Dodogbu.
In China, the Kyrgyz people were expressed as Gyeokgon in Chinese characters.
However, when the Tang Dynasty was defeated in the Nadang War and was weakened by the war with Tibet,
the Dolgol people re-emerged and occupied the Mongolian plains and established the Second Dolgol Empire.
The Kyrgyz people were once again dominated by the Dolgol people,
but when the Dolgol people collapsed and other Turkic Uyghurs occupied the Mongolian plains and established the Uyghur Empire,
they were dominated by the Uyghur Empire.
The Uyghur Empire was disbanded into four for the sake of resettlement,
but in the battle for the Uyghur Khan,
one of the forces decided to receive support from the Kyrgyz people.
This was a big mistake.
The Kyrgyz people led 100,000 troops to the Uyghur Empire,
that is, to the Mongolian plains,
and destroyed the Uyghur Empire itself in 840, including the Uyghur forces that they decided to help.
At that time, the capital of the Uyghur Empire, Karabakh, boasted tremendous economic power,
but it became a target of many nomads.
The Kyrgyz people destroyed the Uyghur Empire and left the capital Karabakh.
In the history of the nomadic peoples, who took the lead in the Mongolian plains,
if one Uyghur Empire was destroyed, the nomadic people who destroyed the Uyghur Empire built a new Uyghur Empire.
The Uyghurs who destroyed the Yuan Empire built the Dolgol Empire,
and the Uyghurs who destroyed the Dolgol Empire built the Uyghur Empire.
Then, the Kyrgyz people, who destroyed the Uyghur Empire,
had to build their own Uyghur Empire,
but the Kyrgyz people did not yet have the capability and civilization to build a country.
They thought the destruction of the Uyghur Empire was just a large-scale looting.
So, they invaded the Mongolian plains and destroyed the Uyghur Empire,
and after they looted as much as they wanted,
the Kyrgyz people went north to the Yenisei River, which was their home,
and the Mongolian plains were completely destroyed.
For a while, there was no large nomadic country in the Mongolian plains.
The Mongolian people, the Jinggis Khan, filled this gap.
In the early 13th century, the Mongolian people were united and invited to Khan,
and the Jinggis Khan was going to move to Central Asia,
and in 1207, he defeated the Kyrgyz people with his first target.
After that, the Kyrgyz people were ruled by the Mongols.
And the Mongols conquered the Asian continent,
and from the Khan of Kublai, they occupied the mainland of China,
and then they exiled the Yuan Dynasty,
but in the future, the Chinese Han people built a great country,
and kicked the Yuan Dynasty out of the mainland of China.
After returning to the Mongolian plains,
the Yuan Dynasty fought with the Ming Dynasty,
but as the Yuan Dynasty's power weakened,
the Yuan Dynasty's national name disappeared,
and they were the Mongolian Manchurian.
Since then, the descendants of the Jinggis Khan,
that is, the Borjigit tribe, have continued to advance to the Great Khan,
and in the 15th century, the Oirat tribe was considered
the powerful force of the Mongolian society rather than the Borjigit tribe,
and although the Oirat tribe did not come out of the Great Khan,
in fact, the Oirat tribe led the Mongols.
The leader of the Oirat tribe was Esen-Tai,
and the general of the Oirat tribe was also Esen-Tai.
Esen-Tai, in the process of further expanding the influence of Mongolia,
annexed other nations,
and in the annexation of Esen-Tai,
most of the Kyrgyz people came out of the existing Yenisei River
and moved to the west of the Mongolian plain,
the Chenshan Mountains in the northwest of China.
This is the Kyrgyzstan of today,
and from this time on, the Kyrgyz people settled in Kyrgyzstan.
However, there was a nomadic country that was uncomfortable with the Kyrgyz people settling in the Chenshan Mountains,
so when the Mongolians were conquering the world,
the Uyghurs, who were ruled by the Mongols,
were the Yarekand Khanate, which was independent after the Mongols became weak.
Since the Yarekand Khanate was also near the Chenshan Mountains,
the Kyrgyz people constantly fought with the Uyghur Yarekand Khanate.
Also, if you go back in their history,
the Kyrgyz people exiled the Uyghur Empire,
so the ancestors were also enemies.
However, the fight between the two was meaningless.
The Mongols were divided into two sides,
the side that was rebelled and the side that resisted the rebellion.
At this time, the Mongolian Jungar, who was trying to resist,
established the Jungar Empire,
expanded his power to Central Asia,
took the Uyghur Yarekand Khanate,
and rebelled the Kyrgyz people.
Although he was rebelled by the Jungar Empire,
the Kyrgyz people, who were trying to get out of the Jungar somehow,
to get help from the Islamic forces in Central Asia,
abandoned the existing Uyghur religion
and converted to Islam.
So today's Kyrgyzstan has the most Muslims,
but the history of Islam is not long,
so the principle of Islam is not so strict.
However, the Jungar Empire also became an ally of the Cheongnara.
The Jungar were so mean to the Kyrgyz people,
so the Kyrgyz people welcomed the Cheongnara.
The Uyghurs, who rebelled together,
mainly rebelled against the Hoja brothers.
At this time, when the Cheongnara's elder brother
invaded the Hoja brothers' rebellion,
the Kyrgyz people helped him.
Anyway, the Kyrgyz and the Uyghurs are enemies.
The Cheongnara did not go to the Cheonsan Mountains in Kyrgyzstan,
so the Kyrgyz people finally wanted to be independent,
but this time, they were revenged by the Khoqat Khanate,
which was the country of Uzbekistan.
When the 19th century came,
the modernization began to blow in the nomadic world,
but the Cheonsan Mountains, where the Kyrgyz people lived,
were high, barren, and mountainous,
so the external shock was a bit dull,
and the modernization was very slow.
The Kyrgyz people were independent from the Uzbekistan Khoqat Khanate
and the Cheonsan Mountains,
but in the middle of the 19th century,
when the Cheongnara was weak,
Russia invaded Central Asia and the Kyrgyz people were also incorporated into Russia.
When the Kyrgyz people were revenged by the Russian Empire,
the Kyrgyz people and the Kazakh people were interested in the culture,
and the Kazakh military commander Shukhan Valikhanov
recorded the history of the Kyrgyz people
and left it as a document.
Currently, it is the Kyrgyz people who memorize and chant
and it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Kyrgyzstan.
The international airport of Kyrgyzstan, which is located in Bishkek,
is also the Manas International Airport.
And in Manas, the first Kyrgyz people
started with 40 tribes,
and the number 40 is called Kyrgyz in Turkish.
As the Kyrgyz people were revenged by the Russian Empire,
Russia moved to the Soviet Union as a socialist revolution,
and the Kyrgyz people were naturally incorporated into the Soviet Union.
In the Cheonsan Mountains, where the Kyrgyz people lived in 1936,
the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic was established.
The government established by the Soviet Union is connected to Kyrgyzstan one day.
As the Soviet Union was disbanded in 1991,
the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic
became the current Kyrgyzstan.
The capital also continued as it was.
However, when the city of Bishkek was ruled by the Soviet Union,
it was named after Mihail Prundz,
and when it became independent, its name was changed to Bishkek again.
And the national flag was written on the ceiling of the tent
in the Yurt.
As the Mongolians call the tent GER,
the Kyrgyz people call it YUTUR.
Today, Kyrgyzstan is a republic government.
Kyrgyzstan, which is long east-west, has quite a lot of regional conflicts.
First of all, the capital Bishkek is located in the north of the country.
Also, the second capital of Kyrgyzstan, Osh, is in the south of Kyrgyzstan,
and due to the characteristics of the long east-west Kyrgyzstan territory,
there is a large city called Talas in the west.
It's where General Gosenji fought.
Since there is a regional difference between the three cities,
there is a big cultural difference,
so there is a lot of political conflict.
There is also a difference in the proportion of the population.
It is the Tulip Revolution, which was the starting point in 2005.
President Akhaev, who was the first president of Kyrgyzstan,
who was independent from the Soviet Union in 1991,
took office for 14 years.
As President Akhaev's negative election continued,
the citizens of Kyrgyzstan, who could not stand it, caused a revolution.
Of course, it happened in the capital Bishkek,
but the leading force of this revolution was the southern cities, including Osh.
The protesters called it the Tulip Revolution because it was a wild tulip from Kyrgyzstan,
and the protesters called it the Lemon Revolution because it was a lemon color.
So, a president from the south was elected,
but he was also called a protester by the North,
and a president from the north came out,
and the presidents of the north and the south were alternately elected.
Kyrgyzstan is called the Swiss of Central Asia
because it occupies the entire territory of 1,003 people,
and it is also a very poor country because it lacks resources among Central Asian countries.
In addition, there is an abduction marriage called Alakachu in Kyrgyzstan,
and the abduction marriage that kidnaps the one to marry
was the custom of the original nomadic people,
but most of the cultures have disappeared.
However, Alakachu is still continuing in Kyrgyzstan,
so it has become a serious female crime.
Originally, the Kyrgyz people lived in the Yenisei River in southern Siberia,
and one day they moved to the Kyrgyzstan Mountain Range.
At this time, there were Kyrgyz people who continued to live in the Yenisei River without moving to the Cheonsan Mountain Range,
but they are now belonging to Russia and are called Hakas.
Then it was a history book.
The easiest first step in history, a history book came out.
It is a kind of self-development book that can be read deeply by all,
