Hi everyone, I'm Thuan. Welcome back to my channel.
The topic of today's video will be about the baby's life cycle when it enters puberty.
This is also a question that I have received a lot from mothers.
When the baby eats 2 meals a day or 3 meals a day, how will the baby's life cycle change?
My baby is now 18 months old.
The baby has gone through puberty and meals have become a source of nutrition for him to eat like an adult.
He started puberty 6 months ago, which is a year ago.
At that time, I recorded his life cycle in detail in the phone note.
But after that, my phone was broken.
So all the information I wrote down was lost.
So in order to make this video, I had to try to recover my memory and read the messages.
Previously, I contacted mothers to make this video.
In my personal experience, I think that having a suitable life cycle during puberty is quite important.
And it will affect whether the baby will cooperate in meals or not.
As well as forming a good eating habit for the baby later.
If the baby has an uncertain life cycle or an unsuitable life cycle,
there may be situations such as when it's time to eat, the baby is sleepy again.
Or if the meals are arranged too close to each other, the baby has not digested all of them and has to eat another meal,
then the baby will definitely not want to eat.
Each baby has a different body need, so the baby's life cycle may be different.
In the process of arranging the baby's life cycle during puberty,
I have gained some common experiences that I think mothers can also apply to arrange the baby's life cycle.
First, it is based on the baby's sleep cycle.
I see that from the age of 6 months, the number of days of sleep will gradually decrease.
Most babies in about 6-7 months only have 2 days of sleep and 3 days of sleep.
And when they are over 1 year old, they will gradually have only 1 day of sleep and lunch.
Then based on the baby's development needs, we will arrange the baby's life cycle,
eat less, drink less milk, and sleep in a suitable way.
Second, we can rely on food digestion time.
For example, breast milk will have a faster digestion time than formula milk.
Or food will take a longer time to digest than formula milk.
Therefore, the main meals will be at least 4-5 hours apart,
regardless of formula and supplementary meals.
Third, it is based on the diet that the mother chooses.
For example, for Japanese and traditional diets, the babies will eat first and breastfeed later.
And for the diet with Huy, the babies will breastfeed at least 1 hour before eating.
And now is the life cycle of the baby from 6 months to 18 months.
You can refer to it and then adjust it to suit the baby and the mother.
I don't think this is the correct life cycle or anything.
It's just the life cycle that I feel Peanut has been eating quite well during the previous diet.
Speaking of physiological changes during the diet,
sometimes when Peanut has a toothache or is sick,
he eats less for a few days and then eats again.
So I think it's pretty good.
Peanut has been eating less for 6 months with Japanese diet and 1 meal a day.
At this stage, the baby follows the easy 2-3-4 diet.
And when the baby starts to eat less, the amount of food is very small.
So the baby will breastfeed right after eating for Japanese diet.
Peanut usually wakes up at 6.30 a.m.
I'll talk to him a little bit and then I'll breastfeed him.
Then Peanut will work until 8.30 a.m. and sleep.
The first nap of the day.
And at 10 a.m. when Peanut wakes up, I'll feed him Japanese diet.
And after 15 minutes, I'll breastfeed him.
Because the amount of food at first is still very small.
Then work, read, play, everything.
Sleep at 1 a.m.
Then wake up at 3 a.m. and breastfeed.
Then work, take a shower, go for a walk, everything.
At 6.15 a.m., I'll breastfeed him.
From 6.30 a.m. to 7 a.m., I'll read books, talk to him, relax and get ready to go to bed.
And at about 7 a.m., the baby starts to sleep.
During the period from 7 months to 9 months,
Peanut eats Japanese diet combined with the baby and eats 2 meals a day.
At this stage, Peanut follows the easy 2.5, 3, 4.
Peanut usually wakes up at 6.30 a.m.
I'll talk to him a little bit and then I'll breastfeed him.
Then work until 9 a.m. and sleep.
And at 10 a.m., I'll eat Japanese diet.
At this stage, my amount of food has increased gradually.
So I will be full after eating.
And I'll breastfeed Peanut after 30-45 minutes.
Then work, go to bed at 1 p.m.
Wake up at 3.30 a.m. and breastfeed.
Then eat Japanese diet.
And if I eat the baby's diet,
I'll breastfeed Peanut first,
an hour later, I'll eat the baby's diet.
After eating, drinking, breastfeeding,
I'll work, take a shower, go for a walk.
At 6.15 a.m., I'll breastfeed him.
Then at 6.30-7 a.m., I'll read a book,
talk, relax, and get ready to sleep.
And at 7 a.m., Peanut starts to sleep.
When Peanut is 9.5 months old,
I'll start feeding him 3 meals a day.
At this stage, Peanut also eats Japanese diet
combined with the baby's diet.
At this time, the amount of food has decreased quite a lot.
So the time to finish eating
and breastfeeding will be about an hour apart.
Peanut wakes up at 6.30 a.m.
I'll breastfeed Peanut.
After that, Peanut will play on his own.
At that time, I'll prepare breakfast.
And at 7.30 a.m., Peanut will have breakfast with the leader.
At 9.30 a.m., Peanut will go to bed at 1 a.m.
And at 10.30 a.m., he'll wake up and eat Japanese diet.
Then I'll work.
At 12 a.m., I'll breastfeed him.
Then I'll work.
At 1 a.m., I'll go to bed.
I'll wake up at 3 a.m.
Then I'll have breakfast.
I can breastfeed him or not, depending on the day.
If Peanut eats well and eats a lot that day,
I won't breastfeed him anymore.
Because if I breastfeed him, he'll be very full and won't be able to eat until the end.
Then I'll work, take a shower, go for a walk.
At 6 p.m., I'll have dinner with my family.
At 7.15 p.m., I'll breastfeed him until the end.
After that, I'll read a book, relax and get ready for bed.
At this stage, I usually go to bed at 7.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
When Peanut is 14.5 months old,
I completely give up sleeping at the beginning of the day
and switch to Easy 56.
I only sleep in the afternoon and at night like an adult.
At this time, Peanut eats quite well.
His meals are relatively complete.
He eats 3 meals a day.
Peanut wakes up at 7 a.m.
When he wakes up, I feed him breakfast.
Then I play until 9 a.m. and breastfeed him.
Then I play until 10.45 a.m. and have lunch.
Then I work until 12 a.m. and have lunch.
I sleep until 2 a.m. or 2.30 a.m.
I'll wake up and eat.
This is my meal.
Then I'll breastfeed him until 3.30 a.m.
Then I work, take a shower, play.
I'll have dinner with my family until 6 p.m.
At 7.30 p.m., I'll do the final check-up.
At 8.30 p.m., I'll go to bed.
At the age of 17 months,
Peanut starts to fall into the 18-month-sleeping crisis.
This is the period when the babies have a lot of development
in awareness as well as mental and physical.
So I started to refuse to sleep
and extended the time to sleep before noon
and 30 minutes before bedtime.
That is, when I go to bed,
I sleep from 8.30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Peanut has been sleeping all night
and has not woken up to eat since 6 months ago.
I also have a video on how to breastfeed the baby.
I'll leave it here.
I've been filming this video for a long time.
You can watch it again.
Breastfeeding Peanut since 5.5-6 months ago,
I also asked the doctor's opinion
and read some documents.
I think this will depend on the needs of each baby
and each mother.
I think it's usually harder for babies to breastfeed directly.
However, when the baby is over 1 year old,
mothers should breastfeed at night
so that the baby can focus on eating and be more effective during the day.
This is the period of Peanut's life
when he started to eat less from 6 months to 18 months.
Of course, during that time,
there were many times when the whole family went on a trip.
For example, when Peanut was sick,
the period of life also changed.
I was still flexible according to my child's needs.
There was a time when Peanut was sick for quite a long time.
At that time, Peanut woke up in the middle of the night and cried.
I let him breastfeed because he couldn't eat for 3 days.
After a few days, when the baby is no longer sick,
the baby will return to normal life.
I see that each baby will have different development modes.
Therefore, the body's eating needs will also be different through each stage.
Mothers should observe the babies
and change to suit the development of the babies.
If the current life is not effective,
let the baby eat earlier and change his life a little bit.
I hope this video is helpful for mothers.
Mothers can refer to Peanut's life
and then adjust the life order to suit the baby and mothers.
