Hello everyone, I'm Thuan. Welcome back to my channel.
It's been a long time since I sat in front of the camera like this,
since I was pregnant and gave birth to Henry.
Currently, Henry is sleeping here.
I will take advantage of his sleeping time to film this video.
As you can see in the title,
in today's video, I will share with you,
update the situation for you about a month after my birth
and Henry's 1 month old.
Just now, Henry's mother was 1 month old.
I feel that time really flies.
Compared to the first time I gave birth to Penis,
this time the time has passed extremely quickly.
Perhaps because Penis was the first baby,
at that time, it was the first time as a mother,
so in the first month, Penis was really stressed,
tired, stressed about milk.
Then, as if life has a newborn baby
appear in my life, change 180 degrees,
a lot of anxiety, worry for the baby,
all kinds of things.
It's different from that time,
this is the second time,
to have experience, Penis is over 2 years old,
has gone through many stages of Penis,
so this time I feel happier,
better mood,
also much calmer when I see Henry crying,
or hungry.
When I gave birth to Henry this time, I also had a surgery.
I also shared in a video about giving birth to Penis.
When I gave birth to Penis, I had a transplant,
and I guess it was normal.
The birth was very fast,
because I had a very fast transplant.
Within 1 hour of going to the hospital,
the baby was about to come out.
However, when I started to cut,
Penis could not come out,
and the doctor said that the bone was bent,
so the baby was stuck and could not come out.
Therefore, when the second time,
I also gave birth to Henry.
Compared to the first time,
the second time is really more painful.
Before the surgery, I also referred to some of my friends,
the sisters who gave birth before the second surgery,
they also said that the second surgery is more painful than the first.
I don't want to scare everyone,
but this is the truth.
I also felt that the second time,
giving birth to Penis was more painful.
During the surgery,
I heard the doctor say that
the layers in the abdomen,
which I don't know about,
were stuck, so it took longer.
I remember that at that time,
the surgery took 1.5 hours.
The time after the surgery,
I felt more pain than the first time.
Maybe the second time,
my body was a little weaker.
The possibility of pain was probably less,
so it was more painful than the first time.
As for the body of the mother after giving birth,
the second time,
if you watch my previous videos,
I shared that the second time I gave birth,
the belly was bigger than the first time.
So after giving birth for a month,
the belly was still bigger than the first time.
It was slower than the first time.
This is for sure.
It takes time,
then the belly can go down.
In general, I don't have cramps.
I also have a video sharing
how to take care of skin when pregnant
and how to fight skin cramps when pregnant.
If you haven't seen it,
you can watch this video.
Currently, I have lost 7 kg.
When I went to the surgery table,
I was 55 kg.
Now I am 48 kg.
I think the cause of the loss of weight
is a lot of late nights for the baby.
And for the mother,
the weight loss is very fast.
That is an update on the mother.
As for Henry,
when I went to the hospital,
the next day,
I saw that Henry began to lose weight.
This is a very normal weight loss
for pregnant women.
Usually, in the first 3-5 days of pregnancy,
the baby will lose weight,
but not more than 10% of the weight when giving birth.
The reason is that the baby's body
may be exuding air,
and the baby may vomit or urinate
when the baby urinates
during the pregnancy,
so there is this weight loss phenomenon.
If you see your baby
start to lose weight on the 2nd or 3rd day,
don't worry too much.
Henry was 3.4 kg when he was born.
The next day,
he began to lose 3.3 kg,
then 3.2 kg,
and the lowest weight loss
was 3.1 kg.
Then, I remember that
on the 5th or 6th day,
the baby's weight began to increase,
and about 7 days after birth,
the baby's weight began to return to normal.
After a month of re-examination,
Henry is now 4.5 kg.
One question that I received
from many mothers
is about breastfeeding.
How to breastfeed the baby
or how to breastfeed the baby directly
or in parallel?
Currently, I am breastfeeding Henry
directly with parallel breastfeeding.
My experience is that
when giving birth,
breastfeeding has started
since the end of pregnancy.
So you should always believe
that you will have enough milk
for the baby.
After giving birth,
you should breastfeed the baby
directly in the first period
after giving birth.
At this time,
the milk in the mother's breast
is a very precious source of milk
with a lot of antioxidants
and nutrients for the baby.
You should breastfeed the baby
on the first and second days.
When I gave birth,
I could not sit up
because it was very painful.
So I let Henry lie down.
I will leave the video here for everyone to see.
I filmed it at the hospital.
When I let Henry lie down,
he cried for me
and my two children cried too.
I breastfed Henry for two days in a row.
Before giving birth,
I watched videos
on how to breastfeed the baby
and how to breastfeed the baby directly.
On the first day,
I started to have a headache on the second day.
On the third day,
I started to bleed and it was so painful
that I could not stand it anymore.
So I changed to breastfeeding Henry.
At that time,
I used a cream
to help reduce the headache.
In the hospital,
I breastfed Henry for two days.
On the fourth day,
when I was discharged from the hospital,
I started to inject milk.
On the fifth day,
I started to breastfeed Henry again.
In my experience,
when I breastfed the baby directly,
the baby was still very small.
So it was quite difficult
to check the baby's pulse.
The baby was still small
and the baby was not used to it.
The baby was still a baby.
So the baby's pulse
may not be 100% accurate.
If you breastfeed the baby
directly on the first day
I will put the link
in the description box
for you to watch the video
on how to breastfeed the baby correctly.
I found this video on YouTube
and this video is very good.
It explains in detail
how to breastfeed the baby
and how to breastfeed the baby.
So if you are a mother,
please watch this video carefully.
When I got home,
I also breastfed Henry directly
and mixed it with milk
so that the baby could not sleep deeply
and the baby could not sleep deeply
I give him breast milk completely
He has changed a lot
He is heavier and longer
Bye-bye
