Những món ngon bình dị nhắc tới là phát thèm - Đặc sản miền sông nước

There are some home-cooked dishes that are always the most attractive to people.
Although they are just ordinary things, very cheap,
they often come to mind about the poor meals of the old days,
with the same concept of hard time, lack of food, lack of face.
Yeah, it's not expensive to go home for a few days.
For example, a fast meal, only a few vegetables and some raw fish.
That's it, but it's also full of the comfortable old age of the farmers.
Or you just need to cut the coconut and soak it in water,
season it with a little more salt,
and you immediately have a bowl of cool soup,
helping to boil rice and cool off in the hot days.
And then there are home-cooked meals like many other afternoons.
The sun shines behind the old trees,
the rice is hard to clean up,
there is only a bowl of salty porridge,
a simple bowl of boiled vegetables and a pot of hot rice.
That's it, but it's probably very full.
The fish is still dry,
a jar of soy sauce or a jar of salty porridge.
Maybe for many people, it's nothing.
But for those who once asked for it to be full and grow up,
those very normal dishes make up a sky of memories.
Our memories remind us of the blue sky of our hometown,
with the coconut tree lying still,
shining under the colorful, colorful river.
From sitting at home next to the creek in the afternoon,
the smoke of the stove is flying on the leaves,
the smell of dried wood burning in the old stove.
My mother-in-law caught a big pot of water to boil the vegetables.
Just a few home-cooked vegetables that everyone remembers,
familiar names like water spinach, corn,
and a few dragon beans.
Boil enough water and a pot of fire for skill,
so the vegetables are green and delicious.
Then turn it over and make a bowl of porridge to make it even more delicious.
Crush the garlic and chili for softness.
Then scoop the porridge out of the jar,
add a little sugar to make it less salty,
add a little minced garlic and chili for aroma.
Then mix well with a spoon.
We say that the smell of porridge is not fragrant,
but it is very rich and fragrant,
mixed with the spicy smell of garlic and chili.
Just hearing the smell makes you feel hungry right away.
In rural areas, there are vegetables and porridge in difficult times.
Just like that, the days go by.
Just like that, life does not grow on people.
To live a modern life, full of delicious food like now,
there are many people who crave for the taste of the day before.
I know how it feels to pick up a green vegetable
and dip it in the rich and flavorful porridge of my hometown.
The taste of love, the taste of nostalgia is very strong.
And people are very stupid.
They always remember the old days,
always remember the food of the past.
Let it be now.
Every time we have the opportunity to reunite,
besides the delicious dishes full of fish,
there will be the presence of boiled corn
with delicious porridge with a strong aroma and taste.
Because boiled corn with porridge is so simple,
but it's delicious.
Take the boiled corn that has just been cooked,
dip it in a bowl of porridge, mix it and eat it,
then put it in your mouth.
Oh my God!
The taste of my hometown is so strong
that I feel like I'm alive again.
The feeling of familiarity, closeness,
and love, nostalgia,
keep coming back.
It's a pity that in the South,
there is rain and sunshine all year round.
If it rains to water the fields,
the sun will not dry the night bones
of the green fruit trees.
The sun makes the grass and rice fields dry quickly.
The sun rises so that the mothers and fathers
of their children and grandchildren can eat.
The sun dries the fish,
the salt is marinated,
and the sun dries it.
Because the women in my hometown
are very bold and bold.
If you don't bring it to sell,
you will sell it,
bring it to cook,
bring it to bake,
make cakes for the whole family to eat.
If there is any left over,
bring it to squeeze out the sun to save it.
Bring it to sell,
bring it to the neighbors.
If there is any left over,
dry it to eat for a long time
in case you are hungry and out of season.
Dried food has come to life
from the care and carelessness
of this place.
For a long time,
dried food has gradually become
a familiar flavor
in the family meal.

In the Southwest of the country,
there are many delicious dried foods.
But before,
people only think about
cooking or frying,
and then cooking soup.
But there is still a big shortage
when it comes to
salty and appetizing
steamed dried fish.
