Welcome back to my channel
In today's video, I'm going to share with you a delicious and easy-to-make cake
and the ingredients are very simple
I already have a cake to show you
Today I'm going to make a pork skin cake with pandan leaves and green beans
The rich taste of coconut milk and the aroma of pandan leaves, let's get started
First, I share with you the green part of pandan leaves
1 3 tsp salt, 30g rice flour, 100g tapioca flour and 50g sugar
This amount of sugar you can increase or decrease according to your taste
I prepare 200ml pandan juice
ground from 30g pandan leaves
I will add all the rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, sugar and pandan juice
Tapioca flour is from Tai Kee
Then I will put it all in, then I will mix it up to make the dough smoother
I prepare 30g pandan leaves, then I will add 250ml water
Then I grind, take out enough 200ml
I will add about half a teaspoon of pandan leaves to make it fragrant and the color is also more beautiful
If you don't have it, you don't need to put it
To make the dough smoother, I have to filter it through a sieve
Although tapioca flour melts very quickly, I filter it through a sieve to make the dough smoother when I make it
The green part is done
Smooth like this, I will put it aside and continue to make the green bean part
To make the green bean filling, I will have 50g unpeeled green beans
This part I soaked in water to make it soft, when I cook it will be faster
For tapioca flour, I will have 80g, 1 third of a teaspoon of salt, 50g sugar and 350ml thick coconut milk
I will steam the green beans until they are cooked and soft
When I soak it first, the green beans will grow big and I will steam it very quickly, it won't take too long
It depends on each type of beans, I steam until I check the beans are soft
Let me take it out for you to see
Take a piece of bean and put it in your hand, you don't need to use too much force, the bean is still soft
I will put all the green beans in the blender and put all the coconut milk in it, grind it really smooth
After grinding, I will put this part in the bowl, I will put all of it
Then I will add sugar, salt and tapioca flour
Tapioca flour is from Tai Kee, as I shared at the beginning
Because it depends on the type of tapioca flour, sometimes I use another type of tapioca flour, it may be drier or looser
Mix well, I will get a very delicious green bean mixture, both fat and smooth like this
I will also filter this part through a sieve to make it smoother
When I'm done grinding, it's also easy to filter
Next, the green beans are also done, now I'm going to go to work
These 2 parts of flour, when I'm done, I'll leave the green beans to rest for 15 minutes, then I'll pour them
I will put a little cooking oil on the mold so that when I steam the cake, it won't stick to the bottom
When the water is boiling, I will put the green beans in first, I will divide this dough into 3 parts
Cover it, steam for 5 minutes, this part is cooked
I will add another layer of green beans, because I made a roll, so I will make each layer a little thinner
I will divide the dough into 3 parts, the green beans will be a little more than the tapioca flour
I will cover it and steam for another 8 minutes
Depending on the temperature or the stove, you steam until you see the green beans on top are cooked and thick
I steamed for 2 layers, so it was cooked very quickly, not necessarily 8 minutes or 7 minutes
I just need to check to see if it's dry and clear on the surface, then my cake is cooked
When the cake is cooked, take it out and leave it for a while, it's still hot, then you roll it right away
If you leave it to cool completely, the cake will come off, it won't stick to the bottom, and it won't be beautiful
When rolling, remember to roll slowly, tightly, otherwise the inside will be loose and not beautiful
You will see that the green beans are a little soft, but it's okay, because when it cools, the green beans are very delicious
If you make it too hard, when it cools, the cake will not be flexible anymore
And the green beans are so soft, I roll it to stick and delicious
This cake is also a pork skin cake, but it is rolled differently, and I make it differently, I will mix it in another way
The ingredients of the dough will be made into 3 rolls like this, so divide the dough
Use a knife to take a piece of food, wrap it up and cut it, it won't stick
When I roll it tightly, I will get a very delicious cake
The colder it is, the more flexible it is, it is very soft, it is not hard
A little bit of ingredients, only 50g of green beans, add a little coconut milk and a piece of dough, I already have a very delicious cake
This cake is very beautiful, it sticks, it does not fall off, if I make the green beans too hard, when I roll it, it will fall off
And remember, it's still a little hot, I have to roll it right away, don't let it cool
This is the cake, the pork skin roll is also done, very beautiful
The green color of pandan leaves, inside is green beans and coconut milk, very simple
The quick and easy way, try to make it right away for everyone to enjoy
I assure you, just do it for the first time, you will succeed right away
The rolled pandan leaves cake is also done, thank you for always following and accompanying me
