Thank you for watching.
In order to enjoy my life as a teacher,
today I will talk about what people who have a high human virtue will never do.
And finally, I will talk about how to practice rakugyo that can be done easily every day.
If you do that, you will gradually acquire human virtue in your life.
It is very important and you can do it every day in your daily life,
so I would like you to watch it until the end and incorporate it.
Human virtue.
As I always say,
whether or not you have this human virtue
is very important in your life.
People who have virtue and human virtue
are loved by people,
and there are places where people gather naturally.
In the midst of that,
while being blessed by someone's fate,
it goes around economically and financially,
and more than anything else,
it attracts good luck.
In life,
everyone has a hard time
to earn money.
Whether or not you have human virtue,
and the people you will be dating in the future,
including your future mother-in-law,
whether or not they have human virtue
is very important in their life.
In this video,
I will introduce the first thing.
What is human virtue?
Second,
what people with high human virtue will never do.
Third,
rakugyo to acquire human virtue.
I would like to tell you.
First of all, what is Jintoku?
As I mentioned earlier, the word Jintoku can be expressed in one word,
but I don't think it can be understood as a person.
In fact, Jintoku has a very deep meaning,
and it can also mean an excellent, good character.
In fact, it also means that there are many people who receive the grace of God and Buddha,
and there are many people who have a lot of wealth and property,
and above all, there are many people who have a lot of people.
It is also said that the word Toku is derived from the word Toku of Sontoku.
So there are people who have various virtues,
and there is also a meaning of people who benefit from Sontoku.
I think there are places where people are blessed in many ways,
but to put it simply,
I think it can be said that they are people who are blessed in many ways.
I think you've heard the word Jintoku for a long time,
but it's said to be the best compliment.
Because when something good happens,
you say,
Oh, it's because of your personality and your greatness that such a good thing happened.
There is a place where it is said to be the best compliment.
In that sense, whether or not there is Jintoku,
and whether or not you will acquire Jintoku,
is a very important part of life.
I think that those who have Jintoku can be said to be people with a high level of spirit.
I think that if you watch this video later,
it will be a great reference.
Also, I'm giving you a special video as a gift that I can't upload on YouTube,
so I'd like you to take a look at it.
There are things that people who have Jintoku will never do.
I'm going to tell you this time, so I'd like you to take a look at it as a reference.
So, the second Jintoku is high.
There are 9 things you will never do.
First, don't betray.
There is a place where you don't betray your trust.
Those who have Jintoku have a heart that people believe in,
a heart that people believe in,
and there is a place where that heart is very important.
Especially in the part where you trust and rely on something,
there is a characteristic that you never betray.
So I think there is a place where people around you can be at ease and be together.
Isn't that right?
In life, it's hard to believe in people,
but trust is important to each other.
No matter what you do,
it is absolutely necessary in the relationship of the couple, the family, and the workplace.
When you trust and rely on each other,
when you betray each other,
the work you are doing will be greatly damaged,
and it will be the cause of the collapse of the family.
The real problem is that such a thing will be a huge trauma for people.
Deep, deep into the memory.
To be honest, if you have such an experience,
there is a place where some kind of human distrust is planted.
So if you betray your trust like that,
you are a person with no human virtue,
and you should not get involved with such a person.
If you don't do that,
you will be afraid of human distrust and human relationships,
and you will not be able to convey your feelings or something while holding something.
It will be a life like that,
so I think you have to be careful about this part.
And the second is not to deny existence.
Existence is not something to be denied,
but it's confusing.
For example, there are many mistakes and mistakes.
I also make a lot of mistakes like every day,
but there are many mistakes, problems, and foolishness of each person,
because they are people.
It is important to tell each other clearly about such things,
and it is important to build a good relationship while improving it.
And the value of that person,
whether or not to deny the value of existence itself,
is completely different,
but there are so many people who do not understand this and even deny the existence of that person.
Unexpectedly, parents who have children do not understand this.
Also, I had the experience of being denied when I was young,
and I had many teachers who taught me,
but they did not understand this,
and I had to deal with their parents.
In such a life experience,
it is different from correcting or denying problems and mistakes
even for my own children when I was young,
but I often deny the existence of others.
After all, if you have such an experience,
people tend to grow up to be very strong children
because they can't admit their existence,
their self-worth is low,
and as a result, they want to be recognized by others.
Even people with high self-worth clearly understand this.
Existence is not something to be denied.
How can you deny life?
Isn't that right?
What do you do when you deny your existence even though you were born?
Even though you already exist, you don't understand it.
Of course, it is natural to be more careful with each other
when it comes to mistakes,
but people with high self-worth clearly understand
that the existence of life is not something to be denied.
So, there may be some people who say,
Isn't that wrong?
That's wrong, isn't it?
There may be some people like that,
but when it comes to the problem,
they may have a strict attitude,
but when it's over,
they'll greet you normally.
They'll say,
Good morning!
They'll say,
How are you?
They can greet you normally,
but if you feel like you've missed something,
they'll drag you to other places.
They'll meet you for something else.
It's about a different job.
It's a different space and environment.
Even if you're a family member or a friend,
they'll drag you around.
In the end, if there's something you don't like,
you'll say,
I wish you weren't here.
I don't need you.
Why are you here?
I think it's easy to say that.
Denying your existence
will be a trauma until the end of your life,
so I'd like you to be careful.
And the third one is,
It doesn't change.
Of course,
there are quite a few people who change.
It depends on the person.
It depends on the conditions.
I don't know if it's true,
but if something changes,
especially in your feelings or mood,
you can't trust the people around you,
and you can't leave anything to them.
You have to listen to the person's mood
and choose the people around you.
Even so,
I can't say it's very benevolent.
Let the people around you take care of you.
I don't think you can say that
the state of being considerate of others
is a characteristic of a benevolent person.
On the contrary,
benevolent people can be
considerate of others' feelings
and attitudes,
and when they understand that,
they can be a substitute.
And the fourth one is,
Don't get emotional.
Everyone has emotions.
When you're angry,
when you're anxious,
when you're worried,
when you're irritated,
when you're happy,
but people are animals of emotions,
so it's natural to have
a lot of feelings like that.
But what I mean by saying
that a benevolent person
doesn't get emotional is that
there are people who do.
They get emotional
as if they're releasing their stress.
I think their emotions
are really worthless.
It's meaningless.
Because they're just
trying to release their stress
by expressing their desires,
their unfulfilled feelings,
their worries,
and other complicated feelings.
It doesn't matter who they are or where they are.
They're just trying to release their stress
by expressing their emotions.
So their emotions
don't have a deep meaning.
Why are they angry?
Why do they get so much stress?
It's better not to worry about it.
Because it's not much different
from just singing in a karaoke room
to release your stress.
People who are benevolent
will never do that.
People who express their emotions
as if they're releasing their stress,
their feelings
have no meaning at all.
It's like singing in a karaoke room
and releasing your stress.
It's easier to accept
the fact that
you're singing in a karaoke room.
People who express their emotions
as if they're releasing their stress
have a hard time
dealing with their emotions
in a serious way.
Because it's like singing in a karaoke room.
For each other's sake,
I think we should
go along with
such feelings.
And the sixth point is
not to blame others.
When something happens,
when you feel painful,
when you fail,
when you have a big problem,
you want to blame others.
We all want to protect ourselves.
We don't want to feel bad.
We don't want to be denied.
But people who are benevolent
will say,
Oh, it's my responsibility.
I'm the problem.
I think there are things
that can be said clearly
and accepted.
As a feature of benevolent people,
they don't intend to protect themselves.
There is such a thing.
Because there are many people
who are more important
than protecting themselves.
It's not about
the purpose of life
or protecting yourself.
It's about what you want to do
and what you want to make come true.
You want to do this
for your relationships,
for your life,
for your job.
You want to do this.
Whether you're bad or not,
whether you're praised or not,
you're a little worried.
But there are things
that you're more worried about.
You're worried about
things that you can't take in.
You think it's a problem,
you've failed,
but they can easily tell you
that it's their problem.
But people who are not benevolent,
who are desperate to protect themselves,
they're always desperately
trying to protect themselves.
They live life like that.
So when things happen,
they subconsciously blame others
and protect themselves.
That's their conviction.
I think there are some people who unconsciously do it.
And the seventh is not to monopolize.
I think it's fair to say that people who share various things like this have a high human virtue.
People with a high human virtue tend to monopolize various benefits or something there for themselves.
People with a high human virtue want to share something with as many people as possible.
They know that they can't be happy on their own.
They know that they can't be happy even if they are satisfied with what they have.
People with a high human virtue tend to welcome what they get when they do something together.
People who start a company or do something big tend to welcome the society and the world involved.
People with a high human virtue know that they can't be satisfied even if they monopolize something.
And the eighth is not to be fair.
I think it's fair to say that people with a high human virtue can apologize.
People with a low human virtue can't apologize.
People with a high human virtue may not have enough time or may be desperate.
But people with a high human virtue don't have to justify themselves.
They can apologize for mistakes, problems, and things they have to apologize for.
People with a high human virtue can trust people around them more.
People with a high human virtue respect people around them more and gather more people.
People gather because they are wonderful.
People gather because they have money or because they have something.
It's like an event.
People gather in a real sense.
People gather because they can open up to people around them honestly about their weaknesses, mistakes, and foolishness.
It's natural that there are people like that.
No one is perfect.
People can apologize for their mistakes and foolishness and open up to people about their problems and foolishness.
People with a high human virtue can trust people around them more.
People with a high human virtue can apologize for their mistakes and foolishness.
That's why people say, people can be grateful.
People can't just be grateful.
People who can apologize for something in the true sense can be grateful.
The last one is not to break promises.
I think this is a very high level of human virtue.
People who keep promises are called people with a true heart.
People with a true heart are said to have a very high level of humanity.
It's hard to keep promises.
It's not like you have to keep everything from morning to night.
If you do that, you may not be able to keep what is really important.
I think that's also a warning.
There are promises that you want to keep for yourself and for others.
People with a true heart are said to have a very high level of humanity.
I think that's also a warning.
Is there someone you are a big fan of,
someone you will always follow,
a person who you always have memories or promises with,
and will never break those promises?
I think it's probably someone who has a high level of charisma.
If you have that kind of virtue,
if you are noble,
if you can keep your promise,
I think you should cherish
that person's kindness
until the end.
Don't ever let go of that kindness.
In the end,
when everyone is relaxed
and satisfied,
the field of vision
will naturally expand
and the heart will grow bigger.
And above all,
we are not trying to protect ourselves.
We are trying to share something
with each other
so that people around us
can be happy.
But when you are in pain,
you can't do that.
When you are in pain,
when you are really in pain,
you lose your composure
and become negative.
And when you get
into that state,
you become aggressive.
And you become
self-centered.
Everyone is like that.
So I think
if you have that kind of virtue,
if you are noble,
you should cherish
that person's kindness
until the end.
I think there are
a lot of things
that can't be said
about everyone.
Of course,
there are good things
and bad things.
But we can't say
who is good and who is bad.
But even if
there are a lot of good things,
even if there is a
strict social background,
if you want to live
a happy life
and be rich,
you should
cherish
that person's kindness
until the end.
I think it's important
to cherish
that person's kindness
until the end.
Lastly,
I want you
to cherish
that person's kindness
until the end.
Today's Rakugyo is
breathing.
I want to do
3, 3, 3 breathing.
3, 3, 3
3, 3
is
a good idea
to enjoy
the brain's flow
and your body's changes
with your breath.
It's the most important thing in Rakugyo,
and I think so.
When you walk,
it's OK to lie down in a sitting position.
By doing so,
it can refresh the minded
and purify it.
When you walk,
You can do it while walking, but I think it's better to close your eyes at first.
First, breathe three times while closing your eyes.
Don't do it like this, but like you're putting it down on your stomach.
Breathe in with 1, 2, 3, and hold it down three times with your stomach.
I want you to feel it.
When you breathe, you don't have to overdo it a little bit while doing 1, 2, 3.
It's okay if it's a little faint, so it's like your chest and stomach are warm and a little swollen.
And while holding it down three times, slowly exhale 1, 2, 3.
And when you breathe again, it feels like your stomach and chest are warm and swollen.
And when you hold it down, it fills your body with a warm feeling.
Hold your breath so that you can fill in the parts that are lacking, tired, and painful.
And I want you to exhale three times so that the bad energy, negative energy, and something negative in your body will slowly come out.
If you try to do a lot at once, you'll have a hard time breathing, so do it with the feeling that you're about eight minutes out of your stomach.
Rather than that, I think it's better to continue for 3 minutes or 5 minutes.
If you repeat this for a long time, after 3 minutes and 5 minutes, you'll feel like your body is being filled with something.
I think that if you open your eyes after 3 minutes and 5 minutes, you will have the experience of being bright in front of you.
When your eyes become bright, your heart becomes calm, and when you have time, you can accept a lot of things.
And there are some things that you can forgive.
I think that people like that will learn more and more human virtues.
There are various deep breathing methods, so if you want to learn more, there are some places where I can tell you directly through the school, the Rakugyo school, etc.
Also, this Rakugyo school is located all over the country, and there are places where I can tell you directly while meeting you, so I hope you can come and meet me.
I always pray that your life will be fun and bright.
