Creating an Outlook Contact Group

In my day job, I am an Instructional Technology Specialist. I train teachers how to use technology more efficiently and effectively in their classrooms.

This video shows how to create a contact group in Outlook. Contact Groups make it easier to send emails to a group of people. They are frequently used by teachers to send emails to all parents or to specific groups of teachers. Its a good practice to always add the contact group to the Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) line of an email if "Reply All" options are not needed.
