Welcome to The Epic Times. In this video, we're excited to guide you through the process of
managing your subscription with ease using our account management portal,
designed for your convenience and accessible on computers, tablets, and smartphones.
To access your portal, visit theepictimes.com, log in with your email address and password,
and click or tap the account icon in the upper right corner.
After opening the portal to manage your account, you can use the navigation menu on the left.
On some devices, you may need to click or tap the menu icon in the upper left corner
to see the navigation menu. The log out button is located on this menu,
so that you can log out and log back in with a different email address if needed.
If you'd like to manage parts of your subscription,
click or tap subscription in the navigation menu. You can change your subscription plan
or billing date by clicking or tapping the change button under change my subscription.
Your current payment method can be changed by clicking or tapping
on update next to your current payment method. You can also add additional users to your account
by clicking or tapping the invite friends button. Additional users added to your account will have
the same full access to our digital content and services that you have. They will keep this access
as long as your subscription is active. Click or tap newsletters in the navigation menu or click
or tap on the sign up or signed up button to reduce or increase the number of emails you
receive from us. The more newsletter categories you subscribe to, the more emails you will receive.
You can click or tap account and then click or tap the blue edit button to edit your display name
and change your email address. The portal also includes an easy way to access other helpful
tools such as our e-paper, rewards portal and epic shop. You can find links to these on the
navigation menu as well. We are just one click away if you need our assistance. You can click
or tap contact us at the bottom of the navigation menu to see the different ways to reach out to
us. You may also click or tap the live chat button in the lower right corner to chat with one of our agents.
