Showing my friends the countryside of Burgundy

Bonjour everyone. Wow, fall is definitely in the air. The mornings are so beautiful with the mist and the evenings are getting really chilly so we're putting on our sweaters and lighting candles and yeah getting really cozy and we have friends visiting from the Netherlands and I'm so happy that they're here because I have been so busy and now that they're here I'm allowing myself some time to relax as well. We've also been very busy with doing a photo shoot for the Cook's Cottage, getting professional pictures taken and it's by a very talented photographer Morganne and she also suggested we do some pictures for the cookbook which I was very excited about but when I get excited about things I get overly excited so I had so many ideas all of a sudden and I wanted to do them all and oh I was a little stressed. I wanted to prepare the garden because we wanted to shoot the cover in front of the cottage but all of the trees and the plants and the flowers are kind of dying this time of year so it didn't really look nice and then I had so many ideas for you know cooking things and that she would take a picture of it. It was a little too much so Morganne if you're watching this thank you so much for staying so calm and helping me focus and making sure we got incredible pictures without wanting too much in too short a time and it keeps amazing me how beautiful it is but also how different it is from one place to the other. You can drive for five kilometers and feel like you're in a completely different area and I've been here almost five years and it still amazes me. I still feel so enchanted by the beauty that's everywhere here I am showing my friend how to make a classic moelleux au chocolat which is a very famous dessert that you find in most French restaurants and I will include the recipe for this in the cookbook. I realized when editing this video that we didn't even take any footage of the finished product and how good it looked so I'm sorry but you'll find everything in the cookbook and I might cook it again on this channel and share it with you And of course we also had to take my friends to our local MAU's so I'm just taking you along. They didn't really have a lot of things I think this time I did find some very simple bowls and stuff for cooking and they had a couple of interesting items and I wasn't quite sure what they were.
