The Boogeyman Streaming Release Date Set

The Boogeyman is coming to Hulu! Hey everybody, I'm Adam Martinetti and I too am a Boogeyman! Stephen King's short story The Boogeyman came to life this past summer in the Rob Savage-directed adaptation that did well at the box office and was well-reviewed. It's been announced that as part of Hulu's Huluween event, The Boogeyman will be coming to the platform soon. In a year of great horror films like Scream 6, Evil Dead Rise, and Megan, The Boogeyman held its own, bringing in a decent amount of money versus its reported budget. Utilizing jump scares and powerful emotional performances, the film connected with audiences and critics alike, coming in fresh with a 61% on Rotten Tomatoes. Historically, Stephen King adaptations have been hit and miss, and it seems like this one is a hit. The Boogeyman will begin screaming on Hulu on Thursday, October 5th, and coming to Blu-ray on October 3rd. You can also currently rent or buy the film on all major VOD platforms. I'm Adam Martinetti, and don't forget to head over to Collider.com for our movie news, trailers, and reviews. Thanks for watching, and we'll catch you later.
