Elton John "Back Home and in Good Health" Following Hospitalization After Fall

Elton John is in good health after going to the hospital on Monday morning after suffering a fall at his home in the South of France. A spokesperson for the singer says, "Elton visited the local hospital as a precautionary measure. Following checkups, he was immediately discharged this morning and is now back at home and in good health."
