Denzel Washington is an American actor, producer and director. At University of Pennsylvania commencement, he gave us a concept of fall forward visualization. When you decide what you want to do with your life, people often say to make sure that you have something to fall back on. Denzel said that he does not want to fall back on anything, he wants to fall forward. Through stories from some famous people and also his own experience in his career path, he tries to give us examples of fall forward. Every failed experiment is one step closer to success. If you don’t fail, you are not even trying. To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.
