【Classical music and nature Chopin: Etude Op. 10, No. 3 in E Major - 'Tristesse'. This beautiful piece was played by Edward Neeman. It has Creative Commons license and is provided through www.musopen.org.
According to the German scholar and Chopin biographer Frederick Niecks (1845-1924), Chopin told his German pupil and copyist Adolph Gutmann (1819-1882) that he had "never in his life written such a beautiful melody ('chant'); and on one occasion, when Gutmann was studying it, the master raised his arms with folded hands and exclaimed: 'O, my fatherland' ('O, me [sic] patrie!')". Niecks writes that this study "may be counted among Chopin's most beautiful compositions", combining "classical austerity of contour with the scent of romance".
From the Susten Pass in Switzerland, this view was taken. Simone Schlegel used her old camera, the Fujifilm X-T1, as the other cameras in our small Fuji fleet had been taken by the nicest sights! Editing of the film was the work of Wenjing Ma.
