Highlights: Crystal Palace - Sevilla | Friendly Match 2023

Well a very good evening everybody and welcome to Crystal Palace against Sevilla being played in Detroit. So it'll be Sevilla and they're all white strip apart for the Black Sox to get us off and running. Only bit of space and an early chance and off the post goodness me. Well it opened up for Acampos coming through the inside right. Palace looking for the offside flag Here's Edouard that's a fine layoff. Great hold up play as they look for the knock through. Yellow card shown. Taken short and whipped dangerously across the six yard box and a follow-up. Wow what a finish that is. Well he rolled the corner short. He's rolled back the years with that finish. The Croatian absolutely hammered it. A thunderbolt. Edouard tackles back Eze. Penetrating run again. He goes all the way. Eze slips it through the legs of the keeper and what a goal. Incredible individual effort by Eze. Well how many did he go through? Slaloming through that midfield. It was well won back. The tackle in there. The layoff from Decor and then Eze. Passed one. Three of them surround him and then crucially through the legs of the keeper. No doubt what to do. It might work for it. Eze at the other end does win the free kick. A little pull back. It's the second yellow and the Serbian is going to have to go. Penalties it is. Rakitic goes to the left. So does Johnson go with the ball. Oh under the side of the bar and away. Cannons down off the bar but wrong side of the line. Now it's pause and it's a thunder down the middle. One all after normal time. Sevilla taking it on penalties. But a mighty fine performance from Crystal Palace.
