Poofs and Woodland Ruffles with Curls
Mesh Cut:
Bottom- Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long
Top- Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and Curls 8in long
For Bottom you will need 5 Orange Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in and 5 Green Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in
For Top you will need 4 Orange Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in and 4 Green Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in plus 8 Green Curls cut at 8in
