Highlights: Manchester United - Athletic Club Bilbao | Friendly Match 2023

It is great to be back in Dublin for United's final pre-season mission. A city where United's support is rock solid. Wan-Bissaka. Key battle, isn't it? This season with Diogo de Loa. Palistri, United looking in the mood here. And Sancho's away. Sancho! Sancho! Well kept out by the keeper. Unai Simon did well there. Sancho did have the option of trying to square it. But he did go for goal, and you can understand that. Simon making the save. Yeah, really good move from United. From front to back, very, very quickly. And we also had players over. Run down that right. Saved. Heated. Perfectly entitled to go for it. Oh, lovely from Sancho. Sancho, some of his best stuff there. Yeah, clever. On to this. That comes to the keeper. Williams scores! It's a really good finish, you have to say. And Nico Williams, who's been a threat all afternoon. And he got there ahead of Heaton. And it's found the back of the net. An athletic club leading Dublin. Sancho. Eriksen. Just leave one player out. United sent in blood here. Eriksen does go for goal. How far off? Goes for that far corner, but I think he knows it was never going to come down in time. Do you know United are in good shape for the new season? Yeah, they have to be, because they've improved the squad with the players that they've brought in, no question. So, yeah, they are. Maguire's still there. From the street, come in! History scores. 1-1. Just as these fans were thinking that the chance of a United goal had completely disappeared. Up pots for Cundolph for history.
