Hello, my loves! How are you?
Here, winter is coming to an end.
The days have started to get longer,
the mornings, although they are still very cold,
but the sun brings a new energy to the interior.
Snowstorm mornings no longer appear so often,
and we can already feel the energy of a new season that is about to begin.
As the temperature is still below 5ºC,
we keep the fireplace on frequently.
The woods we bought to last through the winter are almost at the end,
so I really hope the temperature starts to rise in a few days.
Today is Sunday, and me and my boyfriend
try to keep the tradition of eating the traditional English breakfast,
which is more of a meal than a breakfast.
However, the perfect Sunday always starts with a fresh coffee.
I think one of the best things about being in an intercultural relationship
is that I learn a lot about English culture with my boyfriend.
The English breakfast was one of the first things he taught me to do,
but I always think mine is not as good as his.
The traditional English breakfast is very robust,
with various ingredients and some not so popular in Brazil.
For example, canned beans, mushrooms,
the Lincolnshire sausage, which is the traditional English sausage, among others.
Another very famous and traditional English breakfast ingredient is the black pudding.
It's a sausage made of dry blood.
That was Google's translation.
I'm not a big fan of the taste,
so when I make the English breakfast, I always put it aside.
In the other countries of the UK, the English breakfast has some variations of ingredients,
so what I always prepare is the most popular version from England.
That's it for today, guys!
I hope you enjoyed the video,
and tell me in the comments what you think of the famous English breakfast.
See you in the next video!
