So it's pouring rain in Naples today, but we're still going to go on a pizza crawl. Nothing is going to stop us from trying a great pizza in Naples. Alright, so the first stop on our pizza crawl here in Naples is Chita Olive. We've been here a long time. It's one of the best pizzerias, and it's right in the heart of Naples. This is really cool. Buffalo mozzarella, pepper, lemon zest, and basil. This is the palate cleanser, so after you've eaten all of these pizzas, you finish with that one. So spot number two on our pizza crawl in Naples. It's Pizzeria d'Artiglio, and what they're known for... You see these little crowns on this pizza? It's ricotta cheese inside. So ricotta in the crust. I think this is where Pizza Hut learned how to stuff their crusts. Fresh ricotta. Very good. We're in the kitchen of Salvio, where they make great fried pizza. But it's more like a calzone. This is diet food. This is the fourth and final pizza stop. I am full of pizza. Salami time, people. Salami. We haven't had a salami pizza in this whole crawl. This is messy. Messy but good. This is probably the best and only pepperoni pizza I've ever eaten. Napoli!
