Cookie Monster Custom Painted as Santa Claus in Cars 3 with Electric Thomas the Tank and Salty from Thomas and Friends. We took Cookie Monster Chef which we previously painted in Primer color and someone suggested I make him into Santa Claus so painted his fur all bright red, and his feet black for boots and his hat with a red top and a tassel out of white paint.
