Hello you guys, welcome back to today's video.
We are gonna be doing a mukbang style video for today.
But first, we must build up that appetite.
A portion of this video is sponsored by OpenFit.
To be doing that, we are gonna be using OpenFit today.
If you guys haven't heard of OpenFit,
it's an app on your phone, or you can stream it to your TV,
or have it on your iPad,
and it is a fitness and wellness app.
You can track your food, you can track your workouts,
you can set goals, it's really awesome.
And you can also choose the amount of time
that you wanna spend working out.
There's even recipe suggestions.
So honey, that's a right, that's right.
You can whip up workouts.
And smoothies.
Anyways, what workout do you wanna do honey bunny?
I'm letting you choose for once in your whole life.
I've never done bar and Pilates.
You got it.
Okay, I'm ready.
Is this the proper attire?
I think so.
It doesn't matter, I'm in the comfort of my own home.
Look at that.
You don't even have to worry about
how they judge when you went to gym.
Oh they don't?
Oh, oh.
Get it, get it.
See, it even teaches men.
Go Tushy, go.
Driving to the gym, getting to the gym,
going in the gym, getting your right attire on in the gym,
then doing the workout, and then leaving the gym,
driving home from the gym,
it's all a lot of extra time and effort and work
when you can just do it in your own living room.
And that's what I love about this type of app
is it just really helps you keep up with your lifestyle
and put like yourself first.
You know what I mean?
Exactly, I know exactly what you mean.
Jelly bean.
Broke a sweat from the comfort of my own living room?
What?
I will say that was a very,
that workout was so intense I can hardly breathe.
I do think that this was probably the most unique app
I've ever tried before.
I've tried a lot of them.
It was a mixture.
Combination is the best word I can think of,
and I had never seen a workout like that before.
Yep, if you wanted it to be,
it was harder than expected, at least for me,
but there was modifications that made it easier.
And you worked out often,
and it was still challenging for you.
Yeah, no, that was difficult.
Yeah.
That was tough.
But in a good way, like it'll challenge you,
motivate you, they have like,
it feels like the person is speaking to you
and motivating you.
They have live classes,
or they have like pre-recorded classes.
You can do group classes or individual classes.
So it's really fun, there's a lot of variety,
and there's a lot to choose from.
If you guys want to try out OpenFit,
you can click the link down below in the description
and get 21 day free access to OpenFit and the extend bar.
So I will have the link down below.
Thank you so much to OpenFit
for sponsoring that portion of the video.
But now onto the best part, rewarding ourselves.
Today we got sushi, you guys.
Oh my goodness gracious, yes, queen.
Gotta start off by saying what we got here.
Okay, okay, okay.
This right here is a Cali roll.
You guys already know the vibes, look at that.
Woo!
If you guys are like, if you haven't had sushi before,
or let me correct myself,
if you've had it but you don't love it,
I recommend trying these rolls.
Every single person that has told us they don't like sushi
and we get these rolls,
tends to be more open to it after that.
So I had to just get cooked rolls,
but no, I wouldn't even say,
these rolls get tempura rolls too.
Tempura too, yeah.
Tempura spicy tuna in California
are definitely the direction to go
and stay away from like the raw top fish,
where it's like yellow tail on top.
I do love those,
but that's definitely more of a specific taste.
Straight into the mouthful.
Here we have a 911 roll.
It's pretty much just a spicy tuna
with some avocado on top.
The JJ special cooked salmon on top.
I can't even remember what's in the inside.
I think it's just shrimp, avocado, and cucumber.
Cooked salmon though, my absolute fave.
I asked you guys on Instagram
what we should talk about in today's mukbang.
Also, I look like a heffalump today.
If we could have done anything different,
what would you do?
In life?
I would have not responded to the text that you sent me.
I'm just kidding.
What would you not do?
In life?
Like in everything?
Don't get too deep and don't answer forever.
Like we don't have time for that.
These are busy people.
We have some entrepreneurs watching.
We have some queens watching.
We have some go-getters.
Oh, okay, yeah, next.
The struggles of each kid.
Okay, hardest part about Levi,
he asks a million and one questions
and it's not a bad thing.
Okay, fine, you can just claim it.
It's not a bad thing.
It's just he just-
It's just overwhelming.
Yes, very overwhelming.
Unless it was, maybe we had one kid,
maybe it would be less overwhelming.
Yep.
Okay, Alea.
Alea gets her feelings hurt,
so the mildest things like make her cry.
Alea's definitely the most bad bitch energy in the house.
I don't know what you're saying.
No, but she gets her feelings hurt.
Like if I just tell her,
Alea, stop talking for a second.
She gets like shut down and goes to her room.
I guess, yeah, but not like emotional.
She doesn't get sad about it.
She gets angry about it and she'll just like hide.
She's also like the feistiest one
towards the other children.
So that's kind of tough.
Avery does not listen.
She's like a little bulldozer that does not listen.
So like she cut paper all throughout the house today,
sprinkled it everywhere.
It literally looked like confetti somehow.
I know, I got home and I was like,
what's all over the floor?
Yes, and Aura.
She cries more than any baby I've ever met.
She just needs the most attention right now
and it's very difficult
because anytime I try to do anything,
like even pour myself a glass of water,
I have to set her down and she hates it.
The thing is is they all are doing normal things
for that age, but when there's four, it's just like a lot.
So we probably would have different things to say
if there was just one of them, you know?
Like if they were each individually our own child,
they would probably be different struggles.
Levi's questions wouldn't bother me at all, I don't think.
Yeah, but like, or not as much.
I think everybody gets bothered, you know?
But yeah, I would definitely say that's funny.
Sometimes I want to answer some of these,
but like the bitches.
It's like a f***ing mystery.
I really don't know.
I'm making generic interruptions.
It looks around.
Kitties, close your ears.
Daddy's talking naughty right now.
Wait, that sounds horrible.
Never mind.
I have a question.
Oscar, have you ever spent too much money at the strip club?
I couldn't care a dollar's too much money, so yes.
I didn't spend it.
I gave it to a friend.
Okay.
Tell them you allowed me to go.
No, I like to keep them thinking.
Who's the first to apologize?
Me.
Oscar?
Oh, dear Lord.
You are blind.
Why did you decide to keep your friendships off social media?
That is a great question.
Because I realized it's hard.
People are so dramatic on social media
about those types of things.
So like if you share one thing
and then you don't share on the next day,
they're like,
You guys must have literally gotten a fit
and killed each other, came back to life,
and you never spoke again.
Like something just so...
I also feel like the comments get to your friends, too.
Like I feel like multiple of your friends have read stuff
and been like, Hey, is this true?
And it's like, No.
My non-YouTube friends.
Yes.
I mean, I don't hide it either,
but I just don't show it as much.
Which is funny because that's the one thing
that I keep more personal.
I feel like I'm pretty open,
but my friendships is one thing I actually have
become more private with.
Your relationship with your parents,
and if it's too personal, I 100% understand.
So your parents, I like.
Oh, okay.
So with my mom, I love her to death.
I feel like I have a great relationship
with both my parents, actually.
I didn't always used to feel that with my dad,
but not because he was like a bad dad,
just because I feel like we didn't communicate very often.
Yeah, you lived with your mom pretty much full time.
And then I had a bad relationship with my mom.
So I mean, we've been in and out,
but I feel like my relationship with my parents is great.
I feel like they think it could be better
because I don't call them as much as I should.
As much as he should.
He literally never calls.
Yeah.
For me, I'm close with your parents.
I feel like.
I mean, not like super.
I'm very close with your mom,
but your dad I'm not like super close with.
I'm cool with your dad, too.
Yeah.
I get along with him.
I'm really close with my dad,
and my mom I've always had a rocky relationship with.
I've always got along with her when she's around.
Yeah, you do get along with her.
Well, yeah, that's definitely a rocky relationship.
It's definitely rocky.
Oh, yeah.
Currently.
That's what you're saying.
I mean, okay.
It's always rocky.
You're not wrong.
I'm just saying you're giving away a lot.
Not that I'm like not trying to give it away.
It's just very rocky.
It's hard to explain.
I get questions about that all the time.
And also, I think things are also very easy
for me and you to share when they're in the past.
But when things are more current time
and they involve people that aren't on our YouTube channel,
it's difficult, you know,
because they're current things.
Oh, this is a really good one.
We could do an entire video about this,
which we actually had talked about doing,
but how you and I came out of like our,
Oscar and I had almost separated at one point, pretty much.
I mean, we didn't really talk about it.
It never got to the point of us talking about separating,
but we went through a very rough patch.
How did we overcome that?
Yeah, when I was super serious about it,
I feel like you were very serious,
like, oh, okay, like maybe this needs to stop.
And I mean, I still like had to like, obviously,
what is it called?
Meet in the middle and work on my own things too.
But it was kind of just one last,
like it was like an ultimatum at that point.
I felt like, like, you know what I mean?
It was like, this is gonna happen if you don't stop doing,
or yeah, at that time I was blaming you,
but if you don't stop doing X, Y, and Z.
Yeah.
And then you were like, okay.
And like, we fought about it for a little bit.
And then the next day we woke up and like,
I felt like instantly we started working on those things.
I think that it's kind of interesting
because we both have very different times
in our relationship.
Like that to you is what comes to mind.
Oh, for you it's a completely different point
in our relationship.
Oh, how funny.
But I think that like, you know,
Oscar and I have, we're not, I don't feel like we ever.
Wait, so what happened for you?
What helped?
Like, cause for me, I felt like you started working
on the things I asked.
What do you think fixed it for you towards me?
We moved.
That whatever was going on with you helped with you.
Like in the move helped?
Yeah.
Anyways, it's so long,
but basically I feel like me and you have never really,
we don't say like, Oh, let's break up
or I'm leaving you or, you know.
No, that was, we, that's, that's very serious
at that point.
I think that it showed seriousness of like,
Oh crap, you know, like this is real.
Yeah.
I do feel like every time we go through
a really rocky point, somehow life pushes us back together.
Like we went through a rocky point,
which I feel like we even talked about
or I've never even brought up.
Right before I broke my back,
we were going through a little rocky point
and then I broke it.
I broke it.
Cause you were like, I was like getting obsessed with,
I don't know, doing stuff again.
Anyways, I broke it.
We started, we were forced to hang out.
Like not that I'm forced to hang out with you,
but we sat at home.
Cause we weren't distracted by life.
We only had each other at that point.
And then we kind of like refound each other.
I see what you mean.
Or like when we moved or whatever, or yeah.
Does Leia still sleep downstairs?
Wait, this turned into a Q and A.
I thought it was going to be like a-
I know, it was supposed to be a topic.
Sorry.
Does Leia still sleep downstairs?
No, she hasn't slept downstairs, honestly.
Like she was doing really good,
but then I don't know what happened.
Did we like move?
We went on vacation.
She got nervous one time.
Yeah, we went on vacation and came back.
And she was over.
Yeah, and she just-
She loved her room downstairs, which is fine.
You know what?
I get it.
It's kind of a creepy basement, but I was sad.
Like, oh, she was having such a good time.
I think she, she will go back to it.
Levi's been sleeping down there for nap time sometimes.
Have you noticed?
Has he?
Cause that's so funny.
He goes down there and loves it.
This is a good one only because it's inaccurate.
Why Oscar controls what you spend,
but buys whatever he wants when he wants?
Definitely not true.
I would say I'm the spender in the relationship.
Also-
Oh, I can see why it comes off like that though.
Cause I always make a big deal
when I buy something on the blog.
Cause I'm like, oh, look.
But I don't show every time I go to Target, you know?
I think also, one thing I want to say is we do
share money and split money.
And that helps.
I feel like I do make bigger purchases too.
And you make a lot, a lot of little ones.
Oh my gosh.
I just canceled an order on Amazon today.
Hey!
But I bought it.
How much?
Are you sad you didn't get to live out your twenties?
That's a good one.
No, I'm living them right now.
Yeah, I think for me, I mean,
I did a lot of like partying and all of that in high school.
So I feel, or like right at the end of high school.
So I feel like I got that way and I hated it.
But I don't think we're living our twenties
like normal 20 year olds.
I mean, we have four kids and we're 24.
But I also think like, this is exactly where I wanted to be.
This is what I pictured my twenties as.
But what I'm assuming you're referring to
is like typical twenties, college parties,
girlfriends, boyfriends, making poor choices.
I would say I want a little more excitement,
but not in that way.
Like I would like to be able to go
ride my dirt bike more often.
The freedom aspect.
I'm talking like I have a real dirt bike.
My mountain bike.
I do wish that we had a little bit more freedom.
Obviously with four toddlers, we're really like.
Drowning.
Yeah.
But other than that, we're doing just fine.
We have our heads like this above water.
It's fine like that.
Okay, we're just fine.
This is fine.
Who's more of a daddy's girl?
Teeny, by far.
Aura's really starting to like you though.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I mean, it's like, of course I'm happy that she loves me,
but I feel like I'm so busy with the other three
that sadly she's gotten the least amount of attention.
Yeah.
And it's kind of sad, but I'm glad she loves me.
Not for me, by the way, guys.
I'm like still awesome mom with all four.
I would say that you're right.
You're right.
I'm making it sound like I'm not around.
It's just that I'm not mentally.
I'm holding her, but mentally I'm like,
okay, let's get this put here.
Let's put that stuff over there.
But I'm still holding her.
So maybe it's so sad that maybe she thinks
we're bonding a lot all the time.
Aw, Tina.
Like every day.
That's her favorite thing, though, is being held.
So to her, maybe that's like doing everything she can.
I'm the best in the world in a couple of other places.
Is there ever going to be an ASCII feature?
I've seen a few of these, so I'm going to address it.
In BTS.
Yes, there will be.
Teaching the kids more about their Mexican culture.
I wanted, I actually started when.
I shall teach them.
No, my dad's friend came over and he only speaks Spanish.
And he was there only for literally one night.
He drove all the way up here to pick something up
and drove all the way back.
But in that time, I was speaking so much Spanish
that I kind of got in the rhythm of it.
So I just continued with Levi because he wanted to learn.
When he would, when my dad's friend would ask things
to Levi, he kind of would try to make it out.
And Levi got frustrated.
He was like, dad, what's he saying?
I want to learn Spanish.
So I was like, oh, you want to learn, all right.
So the whole way up to Heber, where you did your event,
I was actually speaking Spanish to him.
Oh, really?
Yeah, he liked it a lot.
Levi?
Yeah.
He is interested.
I would say to all the kids, Levi is definitely.
Does Oscar mind you talking about blank so much on BTS?
Not at all.
I feel like, that's actually always been Kira.
She talks about it with everybody.
She's talking about it with everybody from day one.
And I wouldn't say that it took any getting used to
because I was kind of just like, oh, like.
I do think so a little bit.
I feel like you're so natural about it
that it makes everyone around you feel natural too.
Like, that's actually what our friends were saying
when they came over.
Yeah.
They were like, because I asked them,
I was like, do you feel weird that Kira's
always been comfortable with the sex talk?
Like, I literally talk to everybody about it.
There's no limit.
Actually, there's a limit.
I don't talk about it with my dad.
Yeah, that is true.
But this person said, actually, I would say yes.
But when I went around you guys,
I think Kira talks about it so naturally and comfortably
that I feel like it's a known topic.
Yeah.
Which it should be.
It should be.
Again, not with like your parents or your kids.
I don't know that I would ever have those conversations
with my kids.
I do have boundaries.
Yes.
But like, I do think that like friends and stuff,
I have always talked like that.
Where do we want to travel next?
Africa.
I've always wanted to go to Africa.
I want to go to Alaska in the RV on the summer solstice.
How's the cats?
They're fine.
How's Oscar?
No one's asked how's Oscar.
Yeah, that's the question.
Like, how's Oscar with the cats?
Oh, how's Oscar with the cats?
I'm asking you.
That's why I'm.
Okay, so.
They're cute, they're funny, they love each other.
Their favorite place in the house is the bathroom.
I catch myself liking them a lot,
but I don't want to because they poop under the bed.
They don't do that anymore.
I know.
That was like a long time ago.
That was like the first day I was there, actually.
The first day I came, or the day after I came home.
We've solved that issue.
They don't do that.
They don't like sensitive litter.
Lesson learned.
Peanut also doesn't like to share.
They're definitely entertaining, that's for sure.
What do we do?
That's pretty much it for today's video.
The end.
Or no, that's not how we say it.
On that note though, the end.
