Mohonk — Hiking The Fat Man's Misery (Labyrinth, Lemon Squeeze)

Today we are showing our friends around one of our favorite hikes in NY that we hit at least once a year for a complete body workout. The Lemon Squeeze at Mohonk Mountain House is like a giant maze for adults; you get to meander through narrow passageways and openings between stacked rocks, climbing ladders and finally squeeze through 'The Crevice' that we like to joke as a birth canal because once you get out and emerge to the top, it’s bright, beautiful, akin to being reborn. It’s a good idea to bring gloves for the scramble and def some snacks because there are so many scenic spots and big rocks to stop at, and enjoy the view. The entry fee as of 2023 is 35 per adult (13+) for the Hiking Trails Pass, starting from the visitors parking lot. #Mohonk #NewYorkHikes
