發是愿已，至心稱念我之名字。亦應專念我本師阿彌陀如來。然後即儅誦此陀羅尼神咒。一宿誦滿五遍，除滅身中百千萬億劫生死重罪。

You have made these vow, and recite my name（Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva）with all your heart. You should also recite my master, Amitabha Tathagata. Then immediately recite this Dharani mantra. If you recite it five times in one night, you will be able to eradicate the grave sins of life and death that you have committed since ten trillion kalpas in your body.
