Rep. Peter Abbarno supports passage of new drug possession law

Rep. Peter Abbarno, R-Centralia, spoke in favor of a new version of Senate Bill 5536, a measure to criminalize possession of controlled substances.
The bill passed the House by a vote of 83-13 and was signed into law by the governor.
